Yup, I recommend a similar plugin to my clients - just thought you were looking for an automated solution! 🙂

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYou have the entire content displayed but you want to change it to display post excepts. You could do this by going into your Genesis settings. I'm not entirely sure how the rest of your site is set up; this could affect other areas as well.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberAdd some padding to the left of the text:
.author-box p { padding-left: 88px; }

April 15, 2014 at 7:51 am in reply to: Agency Pro: Create Padding on top of text when not using Title on HomePage ? #100378Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberThe difference is that one of these is a widget with 40px padding all around it, and the post excerpt widget has the padding removed. If you know you won't be adding a title there, you can change the following block's margin, and shown:
.agency-pro-home .content .featured-content .entry-content p { margin: 40px 0; }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberFeatured images are automatically assigned from your uploaded images, if you didn't specify one. Try turning off featured images in your Genesis settings.

April 15, 2014 at 7:44 am in reply to: Site Header logo as image instead of background image #100376Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberI'm better at seeing things to understand them, but it sounds as if you are currently uploading an image and using the Genesis options to turn it on? Instead you'd like the image to be linked, not a background.
For this, you want to add support for a custom header. Depending on your dimensions, you may need to change some of your CSS: http://gregrickaby.com/genesis-code-snippets/#header
Let me know if I'm totally off. 😉

Lauren

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberAdd "padding: 0;" to your #inner block, then add that padding back inside your #home blocks.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYour link is a small square area right now. You need to style it to be the same width and height as your image.
Try adding:
.site-header .site-title a { display: block; min-height: 150px; padding: 0; }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberI'd suggest moving away from the plugin and editing your functions file instead, using the code snippet provided here:

April 14, 2014 at 3:00 pm in reply to: Genesis responsive slider: Can the image crop position be changed? #100276Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYes, you can do this via your functions file, with just a line. 🙂
Add image size: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size
More about crop array: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_sizeYou'll need to regenerate the thumbnails after you've updated the code.

April 14, 2014 at 2:06 pm in reply to: Enterprise Pro – need help formatting responsive primary sidebar #100269Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberWhere have you been placing that style?
In your media queries, under "@media only screen and (max-width: 1023px)" add:
.execphpwidget .formbox { width: 400px; margin: 0 auto; }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberThat clarifies a lot Nick, thanks. I thought we were talking about screen width, but what you're referring to is actually screen height, which I didn't check.
My suggestion would be to do a height-based media query, and decrease the size of your links when the screen is too small, or collapse into a hamburger menu, as you do for mobile devices.
Others may be able to give you alternative solutions. 🙂

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberI see. In that case, I would just make a few adjustments:
Remove the background from the home page div in question using:
.home #inner { background-color: transparent; }
In my home file, I would wrap my home-left2 and home-right2 in another div with ID home2.
Then I would add this style:
#home, #home2 { -moz-border-radius: 5px; -webkit-border-radius: 5px; -moz-box-shadow: 0 1px 2px #999; -webkit-box-shadow: 0 1px 2px #999; background-color: #fff; border-radius: 5px; box-shadow: 0 1px 2px #999; margin: 20px auto 0; }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberSorry Nick, I'm still not understanding the problem. It sounded like your navigation might be have been cutting off links or something, but it seems OK to me? In general, your mobile site is a little funky (your content seems to shrink as it goes on) but the navigation seems to fit the rest of your page. If it's still not correct and you need assistance with it, maybe you can try to explain it in a different way?

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberThe hook you're using is putting it inside the entry-content. Try using the hook "genesis_after_content" instead, or "genesis_after_content". You'll probably need to do additional styles at that time.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYour email and submit buttons are only set up to take up 24% of the space. You could double them to make them take up the entire width of the area, or you could style their container to take up 50% of the space with margin: 0 auto; set to center it. You'd do this on #subscribe.

Lauren

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberWhat if you used the code on the following page to get the depth of your page, then run a conditional that if it's under a certain integer you unhook the breadcrumbs?
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/get-page-depth
Best,
LaurenP.S. On the site you referenced, your breadcrumbs can not be clicked because they are resting underneath the header wrap.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberGlad you got it worked out, and thanks for pointing out the fix. 🙂 I had completely misread this question until Brad started helping you with it - happy to have understood it later and contributed!
