    Using the metro pro theme,

    In order to display a larger logo than the template supports, I set the logo image as a background image in the ".title-area" div.

    Logo displays fine, but haven't been able to find a way to make the logo (or div) clickable.

    Would appreciate being pointed in the right direction - thanks.

    Your link is a small square area right now. You need to style it to be the same width and height as your image.

    Try adding:

    .site-header .site-title a {
         display: block;
         min-height: 150px;
         padding: 0;
    }
