Happy to help out a bestie! 😉

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberSticky posts are meant to show first. I'm not sure how you've created this page, but if you're doing a custom query, you can find the answer in the documentation here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Post_.26_Page_Parameters
$query = new WP_Query( array( 'post__not_in' => get_option( 'sticky_posts' ) ) );

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberI have not worked with this plugin before, but it sounds like you could change the image size that is registered. Here's some documentation that may help get you started: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYes, that plugin will work with Genesis.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberThis exists on line 1323:
.entry { border-bottom: 1px solid #e3e3e3; padding: 40px; }
I'd recommend adding to your @media queries to decrease the padding there. Something like
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .entry { padding: 15px; } }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberWillyr,
The background color is a result of your theme's styles. Add this to your style.css file:
.lifestyle-pro-red .site-header { background: transparent; }
As for your image, you just need to upload a larger image. It's currently displaying at the size you uploaded it at. Just create a larger image.

We create mobile-first, PageSpeed-optimized, pixel-perfect custom themes! https://www.oncecoupled.com
Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberWhen that plugin is activated, the HTML structure changes from
<div class="entry-content jpibfi_container" itemprop="text"> <p></p> </div>
to
<div class="entry-content jpibfi_container" itemprop="text"> <input class="jpibfi" type="hidden"> <p></p> </div>
Now that we have a new element before our first paragraph, we can't use
first-child
. Luckily, we havefirst-of-type
which will work in this case!This will work:
.entry-content p:first-of-type::first-letter

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberSusan might be right. You've got some percentage widths in there, and some max-widths. Those are going to cause the site to respond to the browser. You'd need to go through and pull out all percentage widths, and change all
max-width
s to justwidth
s.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberHaving a non-responsive site will decrease that site's reputation with Google -- you may have already told your client that, but wanted to share that, before answering your question. 🙂
You likely just need to remove the "viewport" line from your functions.php file to finish making it un-responsive. http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/head/

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberCan you turn the plugin on, so we can see the resulting HTML structure?

if( is_post() ){ /* code here */ }
to limit where it is inserted.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYou'll need to use it in your functions.php file. Something like:
add_action( 'genesis_before', 'lgd_remove_page_title' ); lgd_remove_page_title() { if( is_page() ) { //* Remove the entry title (requires HTML5 theme support) remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title' ); } }
This is untested. Be sure you're not editing the functions.php file from within your WordPress dashboard, without proper FTP access.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberYes, you'd need to use a conditional such as
if( is_page() )

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberSure Dan,
It seems like you should just be able to use class=button wherever you need it, but you can always create a new image, then use CSS to create a new style for that. Below is some pseudo-code.
<a href="URL" class="button-image">Text</a> .button-image { width: 80px; height: 20px; background: url('image.png'); text-indent: -9999px; }

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberIf you upload your style.css via FTP, most file editors will have line numbers.
I'd definitely recommend learning more about how to use Firebug for troubleshooting issues. You're looking for
.site-header .widget-area
. You can test media queries just by resizing your browser window -- you don't need to be on a mobile device.Best,

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberThis layout style is available out-of-the-box with most Genesis child themes. It's built into the Genesis framework.

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberDan,
Can you clarify your question further? You want "Our Work" to link to a specific image on the home page? Which image? What are you trying to accomplish?

Lauren

Lauren @ OnceCoupledMemberCheck out this: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/entry-content/#remove.
You'll want to use the conditional
if( !is_front_page() && !is_home() )
