MemberThe double titles are due to the most recent WordPress update. Lindsey from Pretty Darn Cute Designs shared this fix
/* Text meant only for screen readers. */ .screen-reader-text { clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px); position: absolute !important; height: 1px; width: 1px; overflow: hidden; }

MemberI did hear back from the Pinterest. They are no longer supporting the "headline" tag, which Genesis uses for the title tag. Pinterest uses "name".
I have contact StudioPress support and they have sent the issue on to the developers. In the future, I would love to have Genesis optimize for Pinterest - it is the new Google after all.
For now, the only options are A: use Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin or B: Agus Mu contacted me via facebook when I posted my concern on Facebook and is creating a plugin for Genesis specific that changes the Schema.org markup inside genesis to match Pinterest's requests, it is still in beta, but you can reach out to him here (just send personal message) to see if you can test it out. https://www.facebook.com/agusmu777?fref=ufi
I did and it worked perfectly! My rich pins are back. Which is a big deal to me, because I lost about 200 visits a day while Rich Pins was down.

MemberThe best way to upload your theme is through your WP site, Like timothy said.

MemberHi Martina, as of last week, Pinterest is not recognizing Genesis' Schmea markup (my rich pins were enabled and disappeared last week).
I have been talking with studiopress support and will be contacting pinterest today with the issue.
Will keep you posted.

MemberLooks like they've redirected the old structure data to the new one. Genesis themes are still displaying lots of Empty nodes. any thoughts Nick?

MemberI thought it was probably a jQuery. There are 2 files in the altitude theme that are jquery and theme related: jquery.logalScroll.min.js and jquery.scrollTO.min.js
Do you think both are necessary to accomplish it the transparent to solid?

MemberYou are a gem. Seriously, thank you. Hate it when I think something is a complicated fix and then it ends up being really easy. 🙂 But, glad it's working now.

MemberI like it. Love how you did the featured image with title on the image. It's very clean, good job!

MemberOkay, thanks.
For future reference, have you found a successful way of importing blogger images, without errors like this?

MemberHi! This is a GREAT tutorial from Lindsey of Pretty Darn Cute Designs on creating a mobile responsive full width header. https://prettydarncute.com/2014/10/genesis-full-width-header-tutorial-option-2/
If your theme doesn't support a custom header, you could also use this tutorial from Carrie Dils: http://www.carriedils.com/add-logo-genesis-theme/

MemberThe demo uses a text widget for the the text. The title is the first line. Everything below is in the text box.
Did that answer your question?

MemberCouldn't he just not activate his widget home page, use the blog roll for a home page and then navigate to Genesis – Theme Settings, scroll down to content archives and select to display excerpts.
Or, maybe Rob you're not familiar with how to use your home page widgets? Go to widgets and add "Genesis featured posts" plugin on to your home page widgets and set them to show excerpts - which is how the theme was designed to display the home page if you look at the demo.
