I'm wondering if this is normal, I noticed this on my own site this early morning and thought I'd run the test on StudioPress' demo pages and they also see a lot of errors.

    https://developers.google.com/webmasters/structured-data/testing-tool/

    Test it on
    http://demo.studiopress.com/centric/7-unique-color-styles/

Tons of "Node is empty. Double check that this is desired and consider removing."

    How can this be addressed?

@Scott I haven't had a reply to my post on Google's Forum about these errors yet, but the “empty node” warnings seem like they could be a bug in Google's shiny new structured data testing tool (because the nodes aren't actually empty).

For now, it may be worth using their old structured data tool at http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets, at least until the new one is ironed out a little.

I'll track the post in Google's forum and feed any important comments back to the Genesis developers, though!

Looks like they've redirected the old structure data to the new one. Genesis themes are still displaying lots of Empty nodes. any thoughts Nick?

Very hand plugin Brad for managing our structured data, thanks for that!
