If you originally added the HTML through the visual editor instead of the code editor, this would explain why the HTML was corrupted. This is the way WordPress works. You always have to use the code editor (Text tab) when adding HTML.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorGoogle fonts are enqueued in yur child theme's functions.php at line 29:
wp_enqueue_style( 'altitude-google-fonts', '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Ek+Mukta:200,800', array(), CHILD_THEME_VERSION );
Reading the code above, the weights that are loaded are 200 and 800. To add additional weights, insert them between the 200 and 800 and make sure you separate them with commas like this:
wp_enqueue_style( 'altitude-google-fonts', '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Ek+Mukta:200,300,400,500,600,700,800', array(), CHILD_THEME_VERSION );
To change the bold weight globally, change the font-weight in this line in style.css:
b, strong { font-weight: 800; }
You may have to search through style.css for other incidents of font-weight. Those may have to be changed as well.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorHi BethZ,
Welcome to the StudioPress community forum. Studio Press does not monitor this forum. Questions are answered by community volunteers. We're end users just like you.
If you've never purchased a product from Studio Press, you can't ask them for support, so this forum is your only avenue for help.
All Studio Press themes are child themes built upon the Genesis Framework. The Genesis Framework is basically an abstraction layer for WordPress hooks (actions and filters). It makes theme development easier, but it requires a bit of coding knowledge. Navigating the WordPress ecosystem may not be enough to accomplish your goals. You really need to have some familiarity with reading and modifying HTML, CSS, and PHP.
The theme you are using is the old Lifestyle Theme that was last updated 5 years ago. It is based on XHTML. Modern themes are written for HTML5. Rather than trying to fix such an old theme, it would probably be better to consider upgrading to LifeStyle Pro. The old themes use different actions and filters than the new themes and other than asking about simple CSS changes, it could be very time consuming for an unpaid volunteer to research the answers for you.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe class you created is applied to the menu's list element. The list element wraps a link. You have to apply the other CSS directives to the link. Your CSS in style.css should look like this:
.akcio-link { background-color: beige; } .akcio-link a { color: #333 !important; font-weight: 900; font-size: 25px !important; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI moved your post into the General Discussion topic instead of Forum Bugs, which is used to report problems specific to this site.
If Sucuri is already helping you, they should be able to restore your site back to working order. Don't you have a backup?
In most cases, if Sucuri can't restore the site, you just have to reinstall WordPress and the plugins that were compromised. Whatever the case, you have to wait until they're done before you decide on any further actions that may be needed.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThat code belongs in style.css. That's not what's creating your problem. Your HTML in post is wrong or it's being corrupted by a plugin. You have to do the troubleshooting yourself or hire someone to help you. This isn't something we can help with from the front-end of your site.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorAre you using the latest version of Genesis? Google Adsense is in the WordPress customizer. I just enabled the latest version of Genesis on a fresh WordPress install and custom feeds is still the second meta box on the Genesis Theme Settings page. Google Adsense is not on that page at all.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI can tell from your source code that something is rewriting your box HTML code. Every word in the div tag is wrapped in a span tag with classes like pl-ent, pl-en, pl-s, pl-pd. You may have a plugin conflict, but I can't tell from the front end. Whatever is doing this, it's also changing the HTML brackets into html entity codes.
You can see this yourself if you right click in the content area and view the page's source code. When the source code page is open, search for the word purple and you'll see what I mean.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe theme you are using was not designed for submenus. That's why the child depth was set the way it was. You're probably missing all of the CSS and jQuery required to make submenus menu work as the do in Studio Press themes.
Your theme is not a Studio Press theme. It is a Brian Gardner theme though, which is a good thing. I'd reach out to Brian directly and ask him about it. Worse case, switch to a standard Studio Press theme or the Genesis Sample theme.
