Have you requested your free website audit yet?July 18, 2019 at 6:13 am in reply to: Why do my sites with StudioPress ExecutivePro keep crashing with 500 errors? #492421Victor FontModerator500 errors are the most difficult to diagnose because there are many, many reasons for them. In many cases, the errors may be related to custom PHP problems, an outdated PHP version, something else related to PHP, or even server permissions.
It's not possible to say why without server diagnostics. Enable WordPress debug, examine the PHP error logs, and WordPress debug logs. These logs may point you in the right direction.

Try registering the sidebar after all on the include once steps.

return array( 'script' => array( 'mainMenu' => __( '', 'genesis-sample' ), 'menuClasses' => array( 'others' => array( '.nav-primary' ), ), ), 'extras' => array( 'media_query_width' => '960px', ), );

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThose are the Genesis Skip Links required for handicapped accessibility. For some reason, your site is loading both the Genesis Framework style sheet as well as the Genesis Sample style sheet. Since the last Genesis release, the Framework's style sheet contains no styles. The Framework style sheet shouldn't even be loading.
Your Genesis Sample theme style sheet is 2.3.0. The current version is 3.0.1. You're missing a lot of the CSS.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe Genesis Framework does not provide classes. It has an empty style sheet. Every Genesis child theme will use different classes depending on how the developer coded the theme.
If there is a class in a style sheet related to an element generated by the Genesis Framework, it will generally begin with .genesis_ or .genesis-.
.pagination is either a WordPress class or a custom class created by the developer.
It's more important to learn how to use your browser's built-in inspection tool to examine what CSS classes affect individual HTML elements.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour Contact form is generating a Javascript error:
Error: No country data for 'chile'
Errors like this could prevent other scripts from executing properly that can result in what you're seeing on your page. Fix this error first before we can look at anything else.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorAmp functionality comes from the Genesis Framework, not the child theme. Amp is enabled through Genesis if you have the official WordPress AMP plugin installed and activated.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThis looks like an incomplete Genesis Framework installation. Whatever you do, don't edit any files. That won't fix anything.
I suggest you download a fresh version of the Genesis Framework and install it via FTP.
BTW, what child theme are you using?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?July 11, 2019 at 7:54 am in reply to: How to change the site page title that appears in the browser window? #492290Victor FontModeratorI tried this in my dev environment using the Genesis Sample theme. There is a filter for document title parts:
add_filter( 'document_title_parts', 'my_page_title' ); function my_page_title( $parts ) { $parts = array("My new document title"); return $parts; }
You'll have to add a WordPress conditional to target the specific page you want to change. https://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIn order to use a class of ul.imageright, you need to add the imageright class to the ul element. Your ul element has no class assigned to it.
In Gutenberg, click in the list in the post editor and then use the advanced section of the block menu on the right. type imageright into the advanced field. This adds your class to the ul element.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorWhat's your end goal? What are you trying to accomplish?
If you're trying to change the title of a 404 page based on some criteria, you wouldn't use apply_filters in a stand alone plugin. You would need to use add_filter.
If you look at the 404 page code, the apply_filters runs inside the WordPress loop. The WordPress loop displays the content on the page. To use the same apply_filters in a stand alone plugin, you'd have to write your own loop.
I'm just trying to understand what your "rather specific site" requirement is.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorCorporate Pro is not a Studio Press theme. It is a 3rd-party community marketplace theme offered by SEO Themes. Community marketplace theme developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.
Nevertheless, I stilled hoped to be able to help you and downloaded the latest version. There is no reference to "corporate_pro_home_loop_helper_middle" anywhere in the source code. Your best bet for getting the right help for this issue is to contact the Seo Themes support team directly.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?July 9, 2019 at 11:06 pm in reply to: How do I automatically resize my logo in Genesis to fit mobile view? #492249Victor FontModeratorNope. That's the fix. I tested that line before I wrote my reply. It works for me no problem. If you have caching enabled for the site, make sure to clear everything, even server caches before testing the change.
BTW, if you're testing on a mobile phone, make sure you use the browser's private mode otherwise the phone won't pick up the changes.
