Conflict with contact form 7 and off screen menu

Hello,
This is my first time here. I hope to find a solution to some issues.
I am using Essence Pro on Genesis 3.0. With contact form 7 on the contact page, the page does not display well on computer screen nor mobile when the short code is used on the contact page. The offscreen menu does not work either, only on that page. I keep the offsreen menu visible for computer screes in order to keep the logo centered.

Your Contact form is generating a Javascript error:

Error: No country data for 'chile'

Errors like this could prevent other scripts from executing properly that can result in what you're seeing on your page. Fix this error first before we can look at anything else.

Victor, Disregard my previous message. The solution was resetting the settings of the contact form to the default. Thankfully simple.
