May 29, 2017 at 5:57 pm in reply to: Infinity Pro Theme: Menu jump links not working properly suddenly. #207143t-westMember
No worries. I think I'm going back to build this on Altitude Pro.
t-westMemberI got the static menu heading figured out. Just want to know if the jump link can have the same sliding effect as the Altitude Pro theme? Thanks for any input 🙂
t-westMemberThanks Victor. The jump is working.
But it's a direct jump to the page/widget. I was wanting the sliding effect that Altitude Pro theme has. Is this possible for Infinity Pro?
Also the menu heading that is called "PRODUCT INFO" ... Is there a way of just making that a static menu heading with no links to anywhere? I just want it to be a heading and then have people use the sub-menus under it.
May 21, 2017 at 4:04 pm in reply to: Infinity Pro: Add background images to widgets without ? #206813t-westMember@Boblebad After you were able to add background images to those widgets, could you just add a text widget and write text over the background image?
t-westMember@guanche Looks like you were able to do it. How did you solve it? I am trying to do the same. Thanks for any help.
February 22, 2017 at 2:03 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro caching problem & How to contact Studiopress? #201784t-westMemberThanks so much. So I should go back to Bluehost and ask them about this problem again?

June 11, 2016 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro: Soliloquy slider in main header, front page 1 #187394t-westMemberI just want to use the front page 1 widget as the main image area that uses a slider to show other images as well.
Ok I'll do a search for the tutorials. Thanks.
June 11, 2016 at 2:17 pm in reply to: Photo gallery plugin: lightbox with slider of multiple photos for single photo #187386t-westMemberHi Cathy,
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm actually using Envira Lite right now. I tried your suggestion but when I go to attach the link, it gives me the option of linking to: Media File, Attachement Page or Custom URL. Only the Custom URL allows me to put anything in. Putting in the short code doesn't work. So how would I link the lightbox gallery to the single thumbnail?
Not really sure where to go from here 🙂
June 1, 2016 at 1:51 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro Theme: How to change the colour of a button? #186708t-westMemberThanks so much, that worked! Adding "!important" made the difference.
Is there a danger of using "!important" too much within the code?
June 1, 2016 at 5:36 am in reply to: Altitude Pro Theme: How to change the colour of a button? #186674t-westMemberThanks for that but the button is still grey ...
Any other possibilities?
t-westMemberThanks Victor. If I uninstalled the theme and reinstall a new fresh version of Altitude Pro, will that fix it?
January 24, 2016 at 11:25 am in reply to: AgentPress Pro – Listing Search Widget isn't listing taxonomies. Help!!! #177358t-westMemberHello smkyle 1,
I finally figured it out. You actually create a list before the list of taxonomies show up in the widget as options.
After I created a list of properties and and actually "published" them and just save them in a draft, the taxonomies options showed up in the widget.
I hope that helps.
January 9, 2016 at 8:16 am in reply to: Altitude Pro theme loading extremely slow: how to fix? #176057t-westMemberActually to be more specific, it's front page 1 widget that loads much more slower than the rest.
January 8, 2016 at 4:28 am in reply to: Altitude Pro front page widgets stacking and not resizing properly #175932t-westMemberThanks everyone, I went through and found an open html tag that was causing all the problems. Thanks again.
January 6, 2016 at 1:42 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro front page widgets stacking and not resizing properly #175777t-westMemberI've done it once already but the widgets continue to stack and configure improperly.
t-westMemberHi Tom,
Thanks for the input. Where do I find the html?
The website is : http://www.obangkok.com
Thanks for the help
t-westMemberHi Winny,
Have you found a solution yet? I'm having the same problem 🙂 It's so frustrating
January 6, 2016 at 1:28 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro front page widgets stacking and not resizing properly #175773t-westMemberYes, I've deactivated all the plugins. It's newly installed.
January 6, 2016 at 1:12 pm in reply to: Altitude Pro front page widgets stacking and not resizing properly #175769t-westMemberI have followed the set up instructions. That's what I mean the widgets don't configure the way they are supposed to. For example on page 4, The first two widgets stack on top of each other instead one full width widget then 3 equally spaced lists.
Look at my site http://www.obangkok.com
The layout configurations should look like this:
But the first two widgets always stack on top of each other.
Not sure where to go from here.
