    Hello,

I've been using the Altitude Pro theme. Lately, there seems to have been a problem with the caching. Usually, when I click the "visit site" drop down tab in the upper left hand corner from the WordPress dashboard, I would go directly to my website. And while on my website, I'd still the WordPress toolbar on the top of the screen.

Now, I no longer see the WordPress toolbar and any changes that I've made in the dashboard doesn't get updated on my website. I called my host (Bluehost) and they said it was a caching problem and was likely due to the theme itself. The Bluehost agent didn't something regarding the caching and my website started to work like normal again. However after a few days, the problem persisted.

Does anyone know what's happening with my website?

Bluehost also told me best to contact the theme developer about this problem. But Studiopress has no contact number and the contact form doesn't allow you to leave a message of any kind. Anyone know how I'm supposed to contact Studiopress?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The theme has absolutely nothing to do with caching. Caching is managed by the server, a caching plugin, or the browser.

Thanks so much. So I should go back to Bluehost and ask them about this problem again?
