Hi Brad! If you mean add the Extended AgentPress Listings Widget I have it but the css is all messed up on the AgentPress Pro 2 I'm using. All the titles and listing information is layered on top of each other at the top of the screen. I'll need to dig into it to fix it all. I don't mind the info being below the thumbnails and actually would rather that but it is not going in the right place right now! See here: Extended AgentPress Listings Widget sample . This plugin also does not allow me to change the display order by acreage so I would need to figure that out (instead of faking it by publication date!)

If you are not referring to that plugin, and you have a solution that you think would help - I saw that on your blog but I couldn't figure out how to pay to get access to the solution.

i didn't try to update. I might as well. I thought it was a caching issue but it is not. I haven't seen this happen before. I did add a 3rd user and try that and no luck. I looked in Chrome developer tools and get the following (and wp-tinymce.php is in the correct folder online - so weird).
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

FTP into your website and download your functions.php to have a backup. Then upload the original functions.php from your theme to replace it. I don't know if you have made any changes to your functions.php file, but this is the error I get when Genesis doesn't like any code I added.

Thanks - I will ask them directly. I cannot tell if it is in anyone's downloads but it is in mine! I have some dating back to 2010 on my list. I cannot believe I joined up at the beginning of 2011.

Does it say which files it is trying to access in that directory? There are numerous css files in there normally.

The discussion regarding people posting questions on FB, as opposed to here, has made me not even bother with looking at the FB group lately. It is hard to figure out whether the question is 'allowed' without getting flamed by a moderator. If you ask here, mostly no one answers. So, Susan, your response regarding submitting the question directly to them is a good one that frankly, I must have forgotten we can do that. However, when you do that, as a lot of questions and their answers can help a lot of other people, then other Studiopress subscribers cannot benefit. I would think it would help with the staff not having to answer so many of the same questions if the answer can be found here in the forum. Just my two cents but there have been a lot of complaints about not getting any answers in the forums here so maybe people are just misunderstanding the purpose of this forum - members helping members but not so much staff helping?

Unfortunately, that is how tinymce works sometimes. It puts <p> tags in where you don't want them and you cannot get rid of them. It happens a lot when using shortcodes. I have googled and tried with no success to remove them. Sometimes if you install tinymce advanced you can get rid of them.

It looks like the demo to me on my PC in IE, Chrome & FF except I cannot scroll down to see your Contact Us on your vertical menu if I am at a resolution around 1260 pixels. Anything below 1260 is adjusting to the logo & menu across the top and a two column format below. You probably need to adjust the @media queries in the stylesheet to make it stop.

To confuse you further, I usually follow the directions here: http://www.billerickson.net/dont-use-genesis-blog-template/. However, if you create a page called blog and then assign the blog template, you should be fine but then go to Settings->Reading and choose Blog as your blog posts page. If you go to Settings-Reading and choose Blog as your blog posts page BEFORE you choose the Blog Template for the page, the template area does not appear so you cannot see to change the template to blog and your blog page will not display correctly.

After you upload, view the css from your browser. You can install the web developer plugin if you don't have it already for your browser. Make sure your changes are at the bottom of the file as those are the last ones that will be rendered.

What I have been doing with all these child themes is either using the JetPack css editor, or installing Simple Custom CSS plugin, because both of those are rendered last and usually work. Sometimes I have to use !important beside the style but I don't like to important everything. If I do this, then at least the original child stylesheet is intact and not alerted in case I need go back to it.

It passes on all the Studiopress themes I am using it with. What theme are you using and are you sure it isn't the theme and not the slider? The reason I ask is because one of the comments is it is too wide for the screen and you have the slider on the left and then more content on the right. So, if you remove the slider then you may see it work because your theme doesn't have the spacing set for the slider, only the content you have beside it.

Did you try to remove the widget to the right of the slider also and see if it passes?

Looks like a plugin conflict to me. I had that happen with a different plugin...Wiped out all the set up in the database and it was the plugin that had the conflict with my other plugins. I had to delete that plugin and find another one that played nicely.

That is odd. Yours works for me. I am on Win 7 using Version 40.0.2214.111 m of Chrome. Do you have something in your Chrome that is blocking access to scripts?

Do you have Google webmaster tools set up for the site? If so, you can log in and see if it detects any malware. It looks like your site could have been hacked and the index.php file renamed. Can you ftp into the site to see if the index.php is intact?

My original code works but not if I limit the height of the search bar. No matter what when you type in the search it drops into the bottom of the search input and it doesn't work. I am not sure if there is a way to actually customize the search input box so that it can be made smaller but will try a few things to see.
