// Exclude categories from blog archive. add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'exclude_categories_blog_archive' ); function exclude_categories_blog_archive( $query ) { if( $query->is_main_query() ) { $query->set( 'cat', '-5,-7' ); } }
Try that and see if it works (replace -5 and -7 with your cat id's).

AnitaKeymasterNeither of the two themes provide such an area. You can create a new widget area to place that type of content.

AnitaKeymaster@teamduce Maker Pro is a third party theme by Design by Bloom. They actually provide theme support for their own themes. Reach out to them as their themes are coded a bit differently than StudioPress themes - https://designbybloom.co/contact/.

AnitaKeymasterI haven't seen anyone with this issue at all. You may want to check your PHP version. Go to Tools > Site Health. Click the Server tab. See what version your are on. If you are on 5.6.40, then bump yourself up to 7.2 and see if that helps.

AnitaKeymasterIf you are using the block editor, you need to go to the contact page, click the little "G" in the top right hand side of the editor. You will find the layouts there.

AnitaKeymasterYou might want to post on the general WordPress support site or maybe in the WordPress Facebook group.

AnitaKeymaster@lancehillier take a look at this. Maybe you need to do it the reverse way.

November 16, 2019 at 11:34 pm in reply to: Unique Image in the Genesis Featured Post Widget? #494797AnitaKeymasterThat's not possible with the default Genesis Featured Post widget. You'll need to look for another plugin.
Why would you add a featured image in the post that you won't be using? Does your theme output the featured image automatically at the top of your posts?

AnitaKeymasterAnitaKeymasterYou can add a class to the widgets using Widget CSS Classes - https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-css-classes/. It adds a class field to each widget.

AnitaKeymaster@braddalton I was confused how the search would work if he did that.

AnitaKeymasterNo Atomic Blocks would not have deactivated the widgetized home. Check you theme folder on the server. See if you have a front-page.php file. If you don't, you need to add it back. Or you possibly could have renamed it. Either way, you need the front-page.php file along with adding widgets. Try creating a blank page called "Home". Then set that to Static and the Blog page as the Posts page. See if that brings it back.

AnitaKeymasterStudioPro is a third party theme by SEO Themes. I think Lee previously has stated that autoplay on mobile is disabled and you might need a fallback image, not quite sure. But you can reach out to him here - https://seothemes.com/support/.

AnitaKeymaster@braddalton he's put the property name in the Price field. I don't think he's resolved it. I think I know what to do but not quite sure. That's why I didn't answer this one.
