David, thank you for the link.
What i failed to tell you ( because i thought it would not make a difference) is that im running a Appfinite third party theme.
I assumed it would not make a difference, but i think it does.

My WebsiteworkkyMemberworkkyMemberget rid of the span style
it appears to me, and im not professional, that the span is overriding your CSS
Your fist one does not have it<span style="color: #000000;">Before we began to work together I was like…Screw this! Imma throw my laptop across the room! Why can’t I figure this #$^&*in thing out!?! When I worked with other designers I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a real person. Kayla was responsive, fun, kind, easy to talk to. Did I say RESPONSIVE! The results were exactly what I wanted . I felt like I could finally relax while she took the issues and handled them. She was like like “relax, I got this…” and I trusted she did. And she did! </span>

My WebsiteworkkyMemberIt does not, I have gone through the style sheet and found the media queries section. I do see something, but it does not look right. I don't think its the Column classes. I see the Column class further up in the CSS, out of the media queries section. Ive tried to add some things to the media queries section, but have failed miserably.

My WebsiteworkkyMemberEasy Peasey,
I've built forms for a while now. I've used many form builders.
Im a cheap wadd if you have met one, Brad told me many months ago to use Gravity, heck Genesis recommends them, but im so cheap, so i thought i would get by, boy was i wrong.I'm telling you, it takes a lot to impress me, it really does. I'm so impressed i might go developer

My WebsiteworkkyMemberI vote for Gravity Forms, I beat around the bush for 3 months before I bought it, I should I been terminated.
Gravity forms can do everything you want, and I think its easier to work with than any other form builder.
I build a form on my website that had 104 different confirmations based on user input, I could never do that with any other form builder. Gravity Forms support is also awesome. My vote, Gravity Forms all the way, worth every freakin penny

My WebsiteworkkyMemberYou are probably going to have to change the CSS.
I am in no way an expert , Im sure they will respond soon.
Genesis is very different than a lot of other themes. To change some things in Genesis, it must be done in the child themes CSS file, functions.php file, etc.I'll be honest, I was you 8 months ago and considered switching to something I could manage, however, I wanted the best, and I felt Genesis was the best WP platform made, so I forced myself out of my comfort zone and learned a bunch of stuff I would have never learned, and most of it came from people on this forum.

My WebsiteworkkyMemberI have just secured one of my sites with a SSL certificate. The structure and some pages were already present when I built it.
What I learned1-If im going to do SSL on a site again, start with it from the beginning. You will find yourself having to change any links within your pages to https.
2-I used the https plugin, that does let you unsecure or secure pages. I did not need this since I secured all of them.
3-I had to run a 301 redirect using the htaccess file to redirect all pages to https , because of number 1
4-Some plugins messed up https:, I could not get W3total cache to work with https, now, this may have been because my site was http and I wen to https, I don't know, but I was not in the mood to spend all day researching to find out why, so I disabled it and everything worked like a champ. You are going to have a lot of folks ask you, why do you want to go https, I had a lot of people ask me the same thing, "if you don't sell anything, you don't need https"
Im calling BS on all of it, I went https because I think , eventually, Google is going to look at sites with https as having a little more authority than sites that are http. With all the spammy websites out there , I thought it would be good to go ahead implement it on one of my own websites, plus it was free to get the certificate. A lot of folks might think im insane, that's fine, its just my opinion and I don't think it hurts me one way or another.

My WebsiteworkkyMemberworkkyMemberDavinder, thanks so much!!!
On the other website , it does not have slider widget, I just ran a short code to do it. Not sure if I did it right, but it worked
This is the code I used for the shortcode
<?php if(is_front_page()):?> <a href="http://personal-injury-doctor.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Personal-Injury-Doctors.jpg"><img alt="Personal injury doctors" src="http://personal-injury-doctor.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Personal-Injury-Doctors.jpg" width="675" height="312" /></a> <?php endif;?>
I used this on http://personal-injury-doctor.com

My WebsiteworkkyMemberActually, I spoke with Gravity Forms, who's support is awesome, they showed me how to do exactly what I was talking about , and it was quite easy.
Its under form settings, confirmations, Add new, when you click n add new, you can assign it to any url, based on the user input in any field, its quite awesome!!!
Now if I can get it to look good

My WebsiteworkkyMemberGoogle authorship has taken a hit all the way around!!! I like what you described anitac, never tried that. But I do have authorship markup on all my post and my authorship tag has gone bye bye.
You should be able to assign authors on every post and page, for your home page you can enter it in manually or use Yoast SEO plugin, that's they way I do it

My WebsiteworkkyMemberThanks Anitac, I don't know about the surveys, I did contact Gravity forms and the tech said it could be done. Although I really don't like their business model, if there is no alternative, I will have to buy in.
