They have short codes , but I'm not sure about php tags, I'll check .
I really appreciate you looking at it. I was concerned that agency not being HTML 5 and genesis sample being HTML 5 would cause issues, I did convert agency to HTML 5, the main theme is genesis sample, it just has agency's CSS and some functions, colors,ect.

My WebsiteI don't think the featured image is suppose to show up like mine is showing up, it shows up on the home page in the sidebar just fine, but when you open the page, its way over to left. I can get around this by not putting a featured image in and loading a image into the post itself before the first sentence of the post.

My WebsiteYou should be ok by just renaming Agency theme V2, or you could revert to another theme(2013) and delete Agency V1 , then upload version 2
