I would do as summer suggested , I had the same thing happen to a friend of mines web site and we looked through all the php files and found the code, deleted it and we were good to go. From that point on I keep a backup once a week, so incase it happens I can just back it up from a good copy

My WebsiteVegas Agent, I'm responsible for a couple of websites, but one of them is a friend of mine, he is a chiropractor in St. George Utah, only one competitor is still showing, there were about 2-3 on the 1st page of Google, but now there is only 1, our arch enemy!!!!!!
On my website, (which is geared more towards a national audience, not local) I have lost everything on every page, I'm not sure how I'm going to get it back, but I must have it back

My WebsiteWell bolts I did it, I bit the bullet and changed over this weekend, what a pain in the butt. But it seems to be worth it.
I was always concerned with the platform I was using, I wanted the best, just wished I started using Genesis sooner.
