So in a quick glance, you have a fixed height on the menu. Getting rid of the height completely, or making it min-height allowing some flexibility should fix it.

Content creation can be done in one place. It's a really neat tool. I have not worked with ManageWP. The primary reason I liked InfiniteWP is that I can set it up on my own server and the base solution is free. Which was great to try it out. Very likely will purchase many of the addons as they add quite a bit of great functionality.

/** Remove News Items & Sidebar on Home Page **/
add_action( 'get_header', 'home_edit' );
function home_edit() {
if ( is_home() ) {
remove_action( 'genesis_loop', 'genesis_do_loop' );
remove_action( 'genesis_sidebar', 'genesis_do_sidebar' );
}
}

If you're looking for a way to manage them in one place, check out http://www.infinitewp.com. It's a great tool that will allow you to manage all of your WordPress installations through one admin. You can do backups, updates, and much more for sites on different domains, even different hosts.

weslindaMemberDo you have a link? Something that we can take a peek at? If no live site, perhaps a screenshot?

weslindaMemberDepending on where you mean that you're putting this, in the footer widgets, the plugin below might be an easy solution. If you're talking about the spots where you have larger circles. Might be easiest to simply overwrite the pinterest icon with the linkedin icon.
This is a plugin by StudioPress for Social Linking. Very simple and can drop right into any widget area. No need to edit any html or css.

weslindaMemberI've used this plugin to only show menu items based on the user level / rights.

There is also an article that goes into this in more depth.
