Is there a way to switch out the primary navigation menu to a different once for a template page that I've created.

I've a membership website, and after the user is logged-in, they're redirected to the Member's Homepage, which is different than the public homepage, and I want there to be a different primary navigation menu for them.

Not sure about primary but you can do a separate secondary menu with this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-simple-menus/

I've used this plugin to only show menu items based on the user level / rights.

There is also an article that goes into this in more depth.
