I don't use DIVI for anything. It damages your content. If you ever remove anything DIVI related, you'll find that it leaves behind all of its shortcodes embedded in your content. You either have to manually edit all of your content to remove them or clean up your content programmatically. https://victorfont.com/remove-divi-shortcodes-changing-themes/

remove_action( 'genesis_site_title', 'genesis_seo_site_title' ); add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'genesis_seo_site_title' );

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe developer is using CSS borders to draw that fancy line. This is copied from their style sheet:
.entry-header { position: relative; background: #fff; border: 3px solid red; border-top: 0; border-left: 0; border-right: 0; margin-bottom: 30px; } .entry-header::before { border-color: rgba(255,0,0,0); border-top-color: red; border-width: 14px; margin-left: -14px; } .entry-header::after { border-color: rgba(255,255,255,0); border-top-color: #fff; border-width: 10px; margin-left: -10px; } .entry-header::before, .entry-header::after { top: 100%; left: 50%; border: solid transparent; content: " "; height: 0; width: 0; position: absolute; pointer-events: none; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIf you look in your functions.php at line 88, the secondary nav has been moved to the genesis_footer hook with a priority of 12. You need to place your function in the genesis_footer hook with a priority higher than 12 but less than 15 (footer markup close).

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorTry this, but change the "1" to the id of your category:
add_filter("posts_orderby", "custom_category_orderby_filter", 10, 2); function custom_category_orderby_filter($orderby, &$query){ global $wpdb; //figure out whether you want to change the order if (get_query_var("cat") == "1") { return "$wpdb->posts.post_title ASC"; } return $orderby; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou have a broken comment at line 1141 in your style.css. You have:
/* --------------------------------------------- */ Site Header ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- */
It should be:
/* --------------------------------------------- Site Header ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- */

Have you requested your free website audit yet?January 14, 2017 at 10:55 am in reply to: Suggestion: Hook inside the header but outside the wrap #199382Victor FontModeratorIf you want to change the width of the header to full screen, you only have to change the width of .site-header .wrap in CSS. There's no need for extra hooks. You should know though, that when you post on this forum, you are not communicating with Studio Press. This forum is handled by community volunteers.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe only way I can see is if you create your own function. If you look at Genesis/lib/structure/footer.php, you'll find a function called genesis_footer_widget_areas(). You would need to copy this function into functions.php and modify it for your needs. Since it's a little complicated, so I've done it for you. If you add the following to your functions file, you'll have what you want:
remove_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_footer_widget_areas' ); add_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'my_genesis_footer_widget_areas' ); function my_genesis_footer_widget_areas() { $footer_widgets = get_theme_support( 'genesis-footer-widgets' ); if ( ! $footer_widgets || ! isset( $footer_widgets[0] ) || ! is_numeric( $footer_widgets[0] ) ) return; $footer_widgets = (int) $footer_widgets[0]; // Check to see if first widget area has widgets. If not, do nothing. No need to check all footer widget areas. if ( ! is_active_sidebar( 'footer-1' ) ) return; $inside = ''; $output = ''; $counter = 1; while ( $counter <= $footer_widgets ) { // Darn you, WordPress! Gotta output buffer. ob_start(); dynamic_sidebar( 'footer-' . $counter ); $widgets = ob_get_clean(); if ( $widgets ) { $inside .= sprintf( '<div class="footer-widgets-%d widget-area">%s</div>', $counter, $widgets ); } $counter++; } if ( $inside ) { $_inside = genesis_structural_wrap( 'footer-widgets', 'open', 0 ); $_inside .= '<div class="wrap-inner">' . $inside ; $_inside .= genesis_structural_wrap( 'footer-widgets', 'close', 0 ); $output .= genesis_markup( array( 'open' => '<div %s>' . genesis_sidebar_title( 'Footer' ), 'close' => '</div></div>', 'content' => $_inside, 'context' => 'footer-widgets', 'echo' => false, ) ); } echo apply_filters( 'genesis_footer_widget_areas', $output, $footer_widgets ); }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIt's not working in Firefox because you have a background gradient in the css for a.button that is only being applied to browsers using the Mozilla rendering engine. Chrome and Safari use webkit. Look for this line in your style.css:
background: -moz-linear-gradient(center top,#222 0,#222 100%) repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModerator"Best" is a very subjective term. Everyone has their own idea of what best means.
FAQs can be done in so many different ways. There are plugins that do this. You can use CPTs. You can use standard posts with a FAQ category. You can use a standard web page and show/hide FAQ content by clicking on the question. There are so many approaches. it all boils down to your comfort level with development. If you're not comfortable with development, try different plugins.
