Are you having trouble logging in to StudioPress or your WordPress admin? Try calling your web host tech dept. and get this sorted out. You can't just arbitrarily use any domain name. I think you are just confused and your web host can most likely help you out.

Misplaced widget? I have used Jessica and did not have a problem with that. Jessica is a third party theme so you will need to locate the theme support. Web Savvy marketing sold to 9 Seeds, but you can find theme support online easily.

There are some really great experts on this forum, but they will also have to send you elsewhere since this is a pure StudioPress forum.

Try Genesis Sample Child Theme. It has that layout available and is super-easy to use and customize.

I used Parallax Pro briefly... Awesome theme!

I did the home page images in Photoshop and made the opacity what I wanted to show there. I didn't attempt to do it with css - yikes! Is that what you wanted to do?

Have you looked at the padding for those dimensions in css?
