    I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. I had multiple developers I tried to hire to help and none of them seem to see the same thing I do.

    I adjusted the functions.php and style.css files to accommodate a larger logo for my site, but somehow it increased the height of the header now. Despite trying to edit those values, it won't return to a normal heigh size similar to the demo.

    Anyone have any suggestions on how I can decrease the height of the header space?

    Have you looked at the padding for those dimensions in css?

    Would that be this section? If so, I tried on min-height and padding and didn't seem to effect anything.

    .site-header {
    	background-color: #fff;
    	border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;
    	min-height: 80px;
    	padding: 10px 40px;
    	position: fixed;
    	top: 0;
    	width: 100%;
    	z-index: 9999;
    }

    I am having the same issue as well.

    My logo is 175 x 126 px and I have modified the function.php and style.css and still doesn't work.
