AnitaKeymasterI just asked on your previous post what theme you are using and version. Can you provide that here.
Love coffee, chocolate and my Bella!
AnitaKeymasterI see the issue. One of the changes was:
Accessibility: Added aria labels, screen reader text to numeric entry navigation.
It needs this CSS. Add that to your Additional CSS box under Appearance > Customize.
.screen-reader-text { display: none; }
Genesis Changelog here.

AnitaKeymasterWhat theme are you using and version?

AnitaKeymaster@nfabiox85 which update did you perform? The Genesis update only, WordPress only or you updated both to their latest versions.

AnitaKeymaster@spacebar they removed those templates in 3.0 June 6, 2019 - https://studiopress.github.io/genesis/changelog/. If you need the blog or archive files back, you can add them yourself. It won't harm anything if you do.

AnitaKeymasterYou can add this to the Additional CSS box under Appearance > Customize:
.site-header.dark { background-color: #000; }

November 13, 2019 at 12:39 pm in reply to: remove link to portfolio item from main post page with genesis portfolio pro #494666AnitaKeymasterSounds like you should not be using "categories" for this. Just create a New Portfolio, name it what you would have named the category, then add all of the images to that new page using the default WordPress Galleries.

November 12, 2019 at 3:13 pm in reply to: Where to find Additional CSS Class, Monochrome Pro #494648AnitaKeymaster@di if you imported the demo, they are
pre-filled
. I installed it. The CSS for the demo is in thewp-content/themes/monochrome-pro/lib/gutenberg/
folder. The home page CSS is identified as this filefront-end.css
.If you'd like to change the styling of say,
narrow-content light-text
to something else - you can either 1) remove that and create your own class and CSS in the Additional CSS box, or keep that and create new code and also place that in the Additional CSS box.

AnitaKeymaster@rajkumarsm if you are looking for how people use the plugins, you can also go join the WordPress group on Facebook. That would be more appropriate for getting plugin recommendations of this nature.

AnitaKeymaster@danielleb You can also join the Genesis Slack group. You'll land in the General Channel but join other channels. That's a good resource for you too. I'm there.

November 12, 2019 at 8:55 am in reply to: Where to find Additional CSS Class, Monochrome Pro #494642AnitaKeymaster@di are you saying that when you add the AB Container and you go to that Additional CSS it is
pre-filled
withnarrow-content light-text
? If so, is this on a new page and you've added the container or are you updating a page from the demo content you may have imported? And if it is a page that was imported, which one? I installed Monochrome and want to see if I see it.

AnitaKeymasterHi @the-junk-wave I've re-opened your post here. Could you reply back which device you were on when this happened? This may need further review and I will have someone take a look. Thank you.

November 11, 2019 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Can't get rid of "Home" on homepage, Monochrome Pro #494622AnitaKeymaster@di if you have the latest version of Genesis, go to the Edit screen and you should see where you can check the box to Hide Title. That was a feature added in 3.1.0 (Editor: Add a “hide title” checkbox to the Genesis sidebar in the block editor."

AnitaKeymasterThat to me would be more a WordPress and/or SEO question versus a theme question. You might get better feedback joining a WordPress Facebook group.

November 9, 2019 at 8:54 pm in reply to: Magazine Pro theme lost Home-Top, Home-Middle, … Widgets area? #494599AnitaKeymasterOnly the framework has been updated. Magazine Pro has had an update so depending on how you performed your update, you may have missed some of things that have been updated.

November 9, 2019 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Magazine Pro theme lost Home-Top, Home-Middle, … Widgets area? #494597AnitaKeymaster@manuti the widgets have not been removed. They will only appear in the Customizer if they have been activated first under Appearance > Widgets. So go there, place your content. Then if you go back to Customizer > Widgets you will see the "active" widgets there. Many people have been confused by this.
