    I think this thread can help with my question. After updating to Gutenberg I longer have a layout option so that I can add the primary sidebar to each new page. I do not see "full-width LAYOUT on the Edit screen or content-sidebar or sidebar-content LAYOUT on the Edit Screen." The only options that I have are Permalink, featured image, discussion, and page attributes.
