Unfortunately, that theme is not a part of the PRO plan, it is a Marketplace theme so I cannot install it. If you are having difficulties, you should probably contact Zigzagpress who developed it to see if they can assist you.

AnitaKeymasterWas there a tutorial in your package? That's a Marketplace theme.

AnitaKeymasterOne of the reasons why it appears light is because there is a text shadow on it. The code, which can be found with Firebug is:
.sidebar {
font-size: 13px;
line-height: 20px;
text-shadow: 1px 1px #FFFFFF;
}Just delete the text-shadow line and you will see that it appears darker now.
If you want the font to be bold, add this to that area.
font-weight: bold;

AnitaKeymasterYou need to install the Genesis Responsive Slider and then drag the slider into that widget area.

AnitaKeymasterOh, you can't turn them off in one place and not on another place - unless someone can help you hack the code. Put in a Support Ticket to see if Studiopress can help you customize that.

December 9, 2012 at 5:26 pm in reply to: CSS fix for Education theme dropdown menu issue (here's how) #4061AnitaKeymasterMe too! I have a site I am working on for a client and I was about to pull my hair out! I will give this a try. Thank you for sharing!

AnitaKeymasterYes, it does. If you don't see it on the blog page - click the Support tab at the top and make sure there is a checkmark in the box. But it does do it on a per blog basis.

AnitaKeymasterYou can use this plugin - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-title-toggle/. This way you can turn it off and on for whatever pages/posts you want.

AnitaKeymasterUnfortunately, that link doesn't not go to your website. You can change all of the things you want by modifying your style.css file. Use Firebug for Firefox to find the elements.

AnitaKeymasterIt's just labeled "Wordpress - Genesis Framework Help". It's new and no one in there yet.

AnitaKeymasterUsing Firebug - I was able to delete the .post-date and it disappeared. Try the same thing in your style.css file.

AnitaKeymasterWell, I offered you a solution and you said you had that but it didn't work to your liking - so Yes, I did have a solution, you just didn't like it. As for them telling you what it will play nice with - there are a million different themes, developers and plugins - there is absolutely no way they can predict what YOU want to use their product for. So maybe, just maybe - before you purchase something, YOU should ask them if they play nice together or what they are compatible with - this way you can save money and most importantly - keep you from being frustrated.

AnitaKeymasterWell, DanFromOhio - I am in Ohio. You don't have to go back to Joomla, just use LinkedIn. I actually started a Studiopress Group over there just in case folks are on there and want to ask questions too. Join some of the WordPress Groups too. I belong to about 4 or 5 of them. But PLEASE.. don't go back to Joomla, that's like shooting yourself in the foot! :o)

AnitaKeymasterInstall the Genesis Simple Edits and then remove the date - http://www.studiopress.com/plugins/simple-edits.

AnitaKeymasterThat makes sense. I just right click the link and open it in a new tab or window.

AnitaKeymasterRead this - see if it helps you - http://designsbynickthegeek.com/plugins/genesis-responsive-header-updated.

AnitaKeymasterWell, to the defense of all theme and framework developers - just because you purchase a product from some third-party vendor doesn't necessary mean that the theme or framework MUST BE compatible. That's not fair to say that you blame Studiopress and the others for the incompatibility with the Shopp eCommerce plugin. If you want to blame someone - Shopp made a specific product to use with whatever platforms they wanted it to be compatible with. You should start there. If you need something specifically coded because YOU WANT IT TO WORK with YOUR WEBSITES - then hire a plugin developer to HACK the products you have to make them work for you.

December 9, 2012 at 7:01 am in reply to: "Warning: Missing required field "updated" on Agentpress via google snippet tool #3988AnitaKeymasterWell, I am sure you aren't the only one who has had this problem. You can modify your files the way you want. I don't believe Studiopress would do anything across the board for everyone just to accommodate a third-party application you are using. The application is merely saying that it cannot find something in the theme coded the way it normally would - not that there is anything wrong with the theme or it's structure.

AnitaKeymasterYou might want to go over to the BBPress support area since this is specific to that plugin. You may find your answer or get one faster.
