Hi My PHONE Numbers on header and footer widget are shown fine on laptop but they are shown as lines on mobile phones.
I am using the Genesis Monochrome theme and I like the parallax feel of my site's header, but it is not responsive on mobile devices.
Are there any techniques I can use to either get the parallax feel to show on smaller screens, or simply just remove it altogether and have it show just a standard header image without the parallax feel?
Thanks
Hi guys,
The header image on the Foodie Pro theme isn't responsive and I don't know what to do.
I put this code to the masthead and it still isn't being responsive.
.site-title img {
max-width: 100%;
height: auto;
margin-bottom: 37px;
padding-bottom: 37px;
margin-left: 69px;
}body.page-id-7 header#masthead {
display: none;
}
.sidebar .widget {
margin-left: 69px;}
Thanks so much.
[Resolved]Topic: Banner Ad issue with Magazine Pro
I am attempting to add an Amazon banner ad into the Header Right area. I'm using the Text Widget. When I insert the ad code the banner appears but there is an extra blank line above it. Check my home page to see what I mean. The code I'm using is:
<div class="alignleft">
<script type="text/javascript">
amzn_assoc_ad_type = "banner";
amzn_assoc_marketplace = "amazon";
amzn_assoc_region = "US";
amzn_assoc_placement = "assoc_banner_placement_default";
amzn_assoc_campaigns = "amazonfresh";
amzn_assoc_banner_type = "category";
amzn_assoc_p = "48";
amzn_assoc_isresponsive = "false";
amzn_assoc_banner_id = "1MQYS9XC8GMVG3JVDPG2";
amzn_assoc_width = "728";
amzn_assoc_height = "90";
amzn_assoc_tracking_id = "mytrackingid";
amzn_assoc_linkid = "2251e9248f1c2789403c948bd1e738ca";
</script>
<script src="//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&Operation=GetScript&ID=OneJS&WS=1"></script>
</div>I selected the banner with my mouse to show where the blank line is:
Note that adding the same banner code to the After Entry spot (at the end of each article) also produces the same extra line above the banner.
Even worse is when I try to use the Iframe code version to display the same ad. The banner displays halfway off the screen on the right side.
Topic: responsive menu
Hi, I'm using the minimum pro theme and I've created a bar upon the header with the responsive menu icon.
When I click on the responsive menu icon, the vertical window appear but I'd like it pushed down the header and all the other div.
At the same time, I'd like the menu windows scrolls up when I scroll up the page, while the responsive menu icon remains fixed at the top. Can someone help me?Here's the link https://www.stefanofalcini.com/
Thanks in advance

[Resolved]Topic: How Can I Inline The Following Small Resources In HTML?
GTmetrix suggests that I inline the following small resources in order to improve my performance. Any suggestions on how to proceed with this? Thanks.
jQuery(function( $ ){
$("header .genesis-nav-menu, .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu").addClass("responsive-menu").before('<div class="responsive-menu-icon"></div>');
$(".responsive-menu-icon").click(function(){
$(this).next("header .genesis-nav-menu, .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu").slideToggle();
});$(window).resize(function(){
if(window.innerWidth > 768) {
$("header .genesis-nav-menu, .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu, nav .sub-menu").removeAttr("style");
$(".responsive-menu > .menu-item").removeClass("menu-open");
}
});$(".responsive-menu > .menu-item").click(function(event){
if (event.target !== this)
return;
$(this).find(".sub-menu:first").slideToggle(function() {
$(this).parent().toggleClass("menu-open");
});
});});
Hi I have the following html code for my header:
<header class="site-header" itemscope="" itemtype="https://schema.org/WPHeader"> <div class="wrap"> <div class="title-area"> <p class="site-title" itemprop="headline"><a href="https://csca.m2pvqav3-liquidwebsites.com/">CSCA</a></p> <p class="site-description" itemprop="description">Canadian Special Crops Association</p> </div> <button class="menu-toggle ionicons-before ion-ios-drag" aria-expanded="false" aria-pressed="false" id="genesis-mobile-nav-primary">Menu</button> <nav class="nav-primary genesis-responsive-menu" aria-label="Main" itemscope="" itemtype="https://schema.org/SiteNavigationElement" id="genesis-nav-primary" style=""> <div class="wrap"> <ul id="menu-menu1" class="menu genesis-nav-menu menu-primary js-superfish sf-js-enabled sf-arrows" style="touch-action: pan-y;"> "---Menu <li>s are here---" </ul> </div> </nav> </div> <div>Test</div> </header>
I added the Test div just below the header(see above) using this code:
remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_header_markup_close', 15 ); add_action( 'genesis_header', 'sm_genesis_header_markup_close', 15 ); function sm_genesis_header_markup_close() { genesis_structural_wrap( 'header', 'close' ); genesis_markup( array( 'html5' => '<div>Test</div></header>', 'xhtml' => '</div>', ) ); }
Is there anyway to move the div into the wrap as follows:
</nav> <div>Test</div> </div> </header>
Thanks, Julian
Topic: Select menu for mobile menu
I use two menus in the Header Right widget for the Wellness Pro child theme. In mobile viewing a Hamburger is used and all menus are combined. Though I only want a specific menu to be used for the Hamburger in mobile viewing. Is there a way to adjust the code snippet below to only use the custom menu for the Hamburger?
// Rename primary and secondary navigation menus.
add_theme_support( 'genesis-menus', array( 'primary' => __( 'After Header Menu', 'wellness-pro' ), 'secondary' => __( 'Footer Menu', 'wellness-pro' ), 'custom' => __( 'Mobile Hamburger Menu', 'wellness-pro' ) ) );// Define our responsive menu settings.
function wellness_responsive_menu_settings() {$settings = array(
'mainMenu' => __( 'Menu', 'wellness-pro' ),
'subMenu' => __( 'Submenu', 'wellness-pro' ),
'menuClasses' => array(
'combine' => array(
'.nav-header',
'.nav-primary',
),
),
);return $settings;
}
