You can't fix this with the widget. WordPress uses a character count to determine the length of an excerpt. Character counts can break words anywhere...
If you want specific content in a widget that's not based on a character count, you have to use a custom HTML widget and do the work yourself.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour pages are all set for full width content which means sidebars won't be visible. Set your pages with a layout that includes the sidebar.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIt's not showing in the inspector as being active, which means you may have a bug somewhere in the CSS that's preventing the browser from executing it. I only saw it by fully opening style.css.
I suggest you move it up to right under the .post class at line 1386.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou're right that this isn't the best place to report the issue. This is a public forum where questions are answered by community volunteers. We're end users just like you with no affiliation with Studio Press.
The sorter is working fine for me in Firefox and Safari though. It's not working in Chrome and there are no error messages in the console.
I'll move this post to the Forum bugs section, but the chances of someone from Studio Press seeing it are slim. The last time I encountered a bug in the forum I opened a support ticket and it was fixed a couple of days later. I suggest you open a support ticket as well.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?February 9, 2019 at 8:29 am in reply to: Renaming Genesis Sample causes WP to not detect it as a theme #489442Victor FontModeratorI'm not having any issues renaming the Genesis Sample and directory. After doing so, the theme comes right back up.
Did you make sure the theme was deactivated before renaming things. You have to switch to a different theme, make your changes, then reactivate the theme again. If Genesis Sample was selected as the active theme when you made the changes, you would see results like you received.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorNow you have add_action( 'genesis_entry_content', 'genesis_after_entry_widget_area', 15 ); in there twice. All you had to do was wrap the original add_action in the if statement.
I wasn't giving you extra code to add. I never suggested that you do that. I showed you how to modify the existing code to make it work the way you want it to.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe logic means do the add action for all except what’s in the if statement. Is your sales page a page or a post? You have to use is_page for pages and is_single for posts.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorActually, it should by if (!is_page('8721') ). I left the ! out.
You have is_post(). There is no WordPress conditional named is_post(). If you're testing for a post, you use is_single().

Have you requested your free website audit yet?February 7, 2019 at 12:43 pm in reply to: Magazine Pro Theme – Modify Sidebar and Content widths #489404Victor FontModeratorIt's not complicated at all. Learn to use your browser's built-in inspection tool to visualize the elements you want to change. The CSS that controls the width will display on the right side of the screen.
In Magazine Pro, the content width is controlled by the .content class and the sidebar width is controlled by the .sidebar-primary. Together, the widths of these two elements cannot exceed the max-width set in .site-inner, .wrap

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorLook through style.css for any reference to .featuredpost .has-post-thumbnail > a
and add .featuredpage .has-post-thumbnail > a to the same block of CSS. Match whatever the featured post CSS has. So if there's a pseudo element like .featuredpost .has-post-thumbnail > a::before, you will add .featuredpage .has-post-thumbnail > a::before

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe hero area contains the entire site header, which means that if you remove the hero area, you are removing the site title, primary navigation, etc. Is that what you want to achieve, or do you only want to remove the background image, which will just leave a black background instead?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour theme activates the after entry widget in functions.php at line 110. Wrapping that in in the WordPress is_page() conditional should work. I'm assuming your sales page is the one that discusses prices? If so, try this:
if ( is_page('4201') ) { add_action( 'genesis_entry_content', 'genesis_after_entry_widget_area', 15 ); }
If this doesn't work, we'll have to figure out a different way to do it.
