    I have added a background hover behavior to my nav menu. However, the search menu item is not behaving and I have examined it with Chrome DevTools but not been able to isolate how to adjust its background hover size.

    Also, the search icon is retaining the red hove color and I would like to keep it white.

    Can someone help me source some solutions for these two annoying issues?
