1. Mobile touch screen devices don't support the hover action. For mobile devices, you must provide a method for clicking otherwise you'll never get the menu to work.
2. The Outreach Pro home page by design displays its content through widgets. What do you mean by "actual content?"
3. Never used the WPBakery Visual Composer. Can't help you here.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThere's a few things you can do. First, change the width of the .site-header .widget-area area to 840px. Next, change the .genesis-nav-menu font-size to your liking. I tested up to 14px. Last, add position: relative; and top: -20px; to .genesis-nav-menu.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe link to your site above doesn't work. It adds http://www.http to the beginning of your url.
Despite the error above, I still got to your page and the issue seems to be related to your permalinks. In the home page, the next page link is http://socialmediajustforwriters.com/page/2/. On the blog page, the next page link is http://socialmediajustforwriters.com/blog/page/2/. The home page link is broken because it is missing the /blog/ slug. Resave your permalinks and make sure that the /blog/ (category?) is added to the permalinks.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIf you view the source code for your page, you'll see that the links to all of your posts have been published to the page. Your issue seems to be related to JavaScript not working. This type of expanding element activity is triggered by a jQuery or JavaScript code that is loaded somewhere in the header or footer of the page. As I looked through your source code, nothing jumped out at me that there was a script loaded from the plugin. I did not do a deep look, just a cursory browse of the source. Also, this plugin does not seem to be well supported by the developer. The wordpress.org support page has a lot of unanswered questions. I might look for something else if I were you.

Change the text-align from center to left for .genesis-nav-menu .menu-item in your media query/

Most Genesis themes provide this function out of the box. This is what I see when viewed on my iPhone 6+:

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIt may be because you're using a .png instead of an .ico file, which display fine in CHrome and IE. Convert your icon here: http://www.xiconeditor.com/ and try again.

They each have their own unique class of footer-widgets-1, footer-widgets-2, and footer-widgets-3. If you want to use an image as the background, use background: url(); If you want a specific color, use background-color:
