You haven't provided enough information to help you. What code are you trying to add? Where are you adding the code? What errors are you receiving?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe url for the icons in your source code isn't right. On my site, the URL is a fully qualified path to the plugin directory. On your site it's just #social-facebook. The URL part is missing.
I suggest deleting and reinstalling the plugin.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?May 11, 2019 at 5:28 am in reply to: Is an embedded MailChimp form background color controllable via Additional CSS? #491100Victor FontModeratorTry adding the !important keyword to your code. You're code is probably being placed first in the inline styles and it's being overridden by the embedded style.
#mc_embed_signup { background: #dcdcdc !important; }
When I was looking at your source code, you have multiple h1 tags on the page. This is very bad for SEO and accessibility. There should only be 1 h1 tag on a page. All of your social media icons are wrapped in an h1. Not only that, but the code is wrong and causing errors.
This is your code:
<h1 class="wp-svg-bubbles-2 bubbles-2"style="color:#808080;">
There's no space between the class and additional style. This is the corrected code:
<h1 class="wp-svg-bubbles-2 bubbles-2" style="color:#808080;">

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI'm not aware of any plugin that allows for 2 triggers for an accordion. You'll have to do this with custom code.
You didn't provide a link to your site, so to change the the color, use your browser's built-in inspection tool to examine the CSS of the element. Then, edit the style.css to make the change.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorGenesis Custom Footer is not a Studio Press product. Questions regarding this plugin should be directed to the plugin support page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-custom-footer/
The Studio Press plugin that supports custom footers is Genesis Simple Edit. It is available from the Genesis / Genesis Plugins page in your WordPress admin area.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou need to use an accordion. If you're using Gutenberg, you can use the Atomic Blocks accordion block.
If you're using the classic text editor, you'd have to enqueue the WordPress built-in jQuery accordion script and write your own custom HTML.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI've updated 30+ sites without issue on any of them. The most frequent causees of update errors are old PHP versions and caching.
@apostille, this is not an official Studio Press support forum. It is a community volunteer forum. Studio Press rarely, if ever, monitors this site. If you want to get a response from Studio Press, you have to open a support ticket. It's their only official channel for support.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorGenesis themes don't have a default home button. The home link on the menu or custom logo comes from the setting in WordPress Admin Settings General tab. Specifically, the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields.
If these fields are grayed out and inaccessible, it means that they are hardcoded in your wp-config.php file.
If you change the values of these fields, it will not update all the links in your database that are using the wrong URL.
Before you change the site URL, please see this article in the WordPress Codex: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThere is no setting for Genesis Custom Footer as delivered by Studio Press. You can customize the footer with the Genesis Simple Edits plugin.
There's also a plugin called Genesis Custom Footer. Is that what you may be referencing? https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-custom-footer/

Anyway, it looks like a variable product. Variable products are built into Woo. No plugin needed.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou should never, ever modify Genesis Framework code. The Framework is updated regularly and you will lose your modifications.
If you want to add a custom field to post meta, you can take either of 2 approaches.
You create a shortcode and add the shortcode to the post meta, or add the custom filter via a custom function.
Here's the doc: https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/entry-header-html5/customize-the-entry-header/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?May 4, 2019 at 1:10 am in reply to: How to make website header graphic auto adjust on mobiel devices #490963Victor FontModeratorI'm assuming you're talking about the black border?
This is due to a few things.
first, you have min-heights set on the link element that provides the anchor for the background image. This is inline CSS, it's not coming from the theme's style sheet so I can't tell you how to fix. It may be coming from Elementor. 3rd-party plugins often change the behavior of child theme's.
Also, there's padding wrapping the link element that hasn't been removed in the media queries. I can't tell you how to fix that one either because you've got caching enabled that prevents us from seeing the style sheet.
Turn off caching, then use your browser's built-in inspection tool to find the CSS that needs correction.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe genesis() function is the main function that makes everything work. If that is not found, it sounds like an incomplete upgrade. I suggest downloading the latest version from the download area and updating manually through FTP.
