The only alternative to not touching style.css is to create a new panel for your image in the customizer. While this article won't tell you exactly how to do what you want, it will get you started in the right direction: https://wpbeaches.com/add-background-image-widget-customizer-wordpress/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?March 29, 2016 at 7:35 pm in reply to: Enterprise Pro – Footer Widget – Change light grey background colour to an image #182496Victor FontModeratorApart from the home page, site-inner is the container for all of your content post/page content. If you add a background image to site-inner, it will be visible on all of your pages, not just the home page. To add an image to display only on the home page, create a new CSS block for .home.site-inner, then add the code for the background image.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI could be wrong, but I don't think Genesis was updated to work with WordPress Ajax calls yet, so no, it wouldn't be a bug if it doesn't support the feature.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?March 29, 2016 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Executive Pro Theme – Call to action banner – Shortcode for more? #182490Victor FontModeratorExecutive Pro just uses a standard text widget for the CTA. The demo simply uses the built-in column classes. This is the code used in the demo:
<div class="three-fourths first">Here's a great place to write something specific that you want your visitors to read.</div> <div class="one-fourth"><a class="button alignright" href="#">Contact Us Today</a></div>
All other CSS is in the theme's style.css file.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?March 29, 2016 at 12:00 pm in reply to: Post Formatting With AJAX Call – Hooks Don't Fire Again? #182472Victor FontModeratorWhen you run ajax, you are bypassing the page load and init functions where all of the hooks are run. You are calling data directly from the server. If you want hooks to fire, you need to reload the page. If you are using the jqXHR.always() function, you can try adding window.location.reload();.

Log into your site using FTP. functions.php is in the child theme directory. wp-content/themes/altitude-pro If you're not comfortable modifying php code, you should use the plugin. If you make a mistake in php of just one character, you'll bring your site down.
2. Yes, you have have to leave the plugin activated.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI don't understand what you mean by fixed and scrollable. The term fixed means that it is not scrollable and scrollable means that it is not fixed. Please explain your requirements in more detail. What do you want to accomplish?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour issue is not related to anything having to do with the Genesis framework. It's an issue with the slidetabs plugin you are using to render the slider. There's jQuery at the bottom of your source code that sets the height at 590px. After refreshing the page, the height is reset to 605px. This indicates that the slidetabs jQuery is calculating the height on the fly and is doing so before the page is fully rendered. You need to either contact the plugin developer or switch to a different slider. Soliloquy is a very good one.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIn style.css, look for .site-header around line 1268 and add:
border-top: 10px solid red;
I've made it red for this snippet, but you should change it to the color you want.

Don't be afraid to install it. If you're going to use the snippet, unless otherwise indicated, it should be placed into your theme's functions.php file.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?March 29, 2016 at 8:36 am in reply to: How do you move genesis_after_content… outside of site-inner #182439Victor FontModeratorgenesis_after_content has been deprecated since version 1.7.0. You can see it documented in deprecated.php. You shouldn't be using it at all. The correct hook for the latest version of Genesis is genesis_after_entry.
I don't think you can move it outside of site-inner. genesis_after_entry is called from inside the loop. The entire loop executes within site-inner. The markup for site-inner opens in header.php and closes in footer.php. Everything in between is content. You're better off using the before_footer hook. That's the first function that executes after the site-inner markup closes.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIf you add this to Genesis/Theme Settings in the Header Scripts area, it will add a custom class to all of your links:
<script> jQuery(document).ready(function ($) { "use strict"; $( "a" ).addClass( "myCustomClass" ); }); </script>

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorFor whatever reason, your code is bypassing the HTML5 check. Hentry is removed in the genesis_entry_post_class function located in genesis/lib/structure/post.php. The function checks for HTML5 support and removes hentry if true. What happens if you remove the ajax call and use the standard loop?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe CSS for the checkmarks are not in style.css. It is in style-front.css, which applies only to the home page. You have to copy the CSS from style-front.css and add it to style.css. Once you copy the code, you have to make sure you are applying it to the correct elements.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou can't control how Facebook displays your content. I had a client call me recently with the same exact issue you are experiencing, but for his problem it was for a podcast page. All the other podcasts displayed correctly in Facebook, but the new one he just posted displayed the home page. I couldn't see anything wrong so. A couple of days later I decided to open a support ticket with the podcast plugin developer. Before I did, I tried posting the troublesome entry to FB one more time so I can demonstrate how it was broken. Guess what? It worked this time! It wasn't the client's site at all. Whatever the issue is, it was on Facebook's side and it cleared itself up after a few days.
I've had very good success with the NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster. That one hasn't failed to correctly post to FB yet.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe loop query retrieves posts, not pages. I am not understanding what you mean by you want to display the page title and content and not the post title and content. Posts are not pages, neither are they associated with pages. When displayed as a single post, the post title is the page title. Unless you modify the loop query, you can only display posts. You need to be more specific with content examples if you want help with this.

Also, you do have a serious JavaScript bug that may be preventing the page from rendering properly: ReferenceError: Swiper is not defined. You need to fix that first to make sure it's not the cause of your issue.
