Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorDigital Pro removes the standard Genesis header-right widget area. If you want it back, remove the following lines from functions.php at line 79:
//* Remove header right widget area unregister_sidebar( 'header-right' );

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThere are no footer credits in Gallery Pro. That second line looks like the default footer generated by genesis_do_footer(). Why don't you try using the genesis_footer_creds_text filter instead of removing all the markup?
add_filter( 'genesis_footer_creds_text', 'fp_custom_footer' ); function fp_custom_footer($creds_text) { $creds_text = '© Copyright ' . date("Y") . ' Fingers and Paws Dog Training · All Rights Reserved · Website by <a href="http://www.kgshultz.com" rel="nofollow">KGShultz Web Solutions</a>'; return $creds_text; }

When I view your source code, the custom-blog class is not in the body tag. The template is not being read.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI've seen it where SVGs don't display because dimensions haven't been assigned in CSS. That's why I wanted to look at your code. If you use your browser's inspect tool, you'll see in the SVG is loading or not. If it is, you can play with the CSS to make to see what makes it appear. https://victorfont.com/how-to-use-your-browsers-inspect-tool/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?May 16, 2017 at 8:53 am in reply to: WooCommerce / Stripe payment gateway issue with Foodie Pro theme #206545Victor FontModeratorNobody said you are an idiot. Sorry if you were offended. Truth is, if it works in test mode, nothing about loading scripts changes when you switch to production. Test and production modes are simply switches that tell the gateway which system on their side to use. Most often there are different access keys for gateway test and production modes. Switching modes then requires a little more setup than just flipping a switch. Hope you can figure it out.

If you want to display the posts, you have to use a different hook for the widgets, like genesis_after_header or genesis_before_loop, then leave the loop in tact. Delete the remove_action for the genesis_loop.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThere is no place in the style.css header to change the directory:
/* Theme Name: Genesis Sample Theme URI: http://www.studiopress.com/ Description: This is the sample theme created for the Genesis Framework. Author: StudioPress Author URI: http://www.studiopress.com/ Version: 2.2.4 Tags: black, red, white, one-column, two-columns, three-columns, left-sidebar, right-sidebar, responsive-layout, accessibility-ready, custom-background, custom-colors, custom-header, custom-menu, featured-images, full-width-template, rtl-language-support, sticky-post, theme-options, threaded-comments, translation-ready Template: genesis Template Version: 2.2.4 License: GPL-2.0+ License URI: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html */
All you should have to do is rename the directory before you activate the child theme. Functions.php uses the WordPress get_stylesheet_directory() function to pick up the active theme's directory. There's no place to change anything.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThat's how it's done with Genesis child themes. With PHP, if one character is wrong, you'll have a 500 error. If you're not comfortable editing your theme files, I suggest you look for a plugin or hire a developer.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour code works in my local environment It might be timing issue as to when the code runs. I'm not familiar with a Genesis/Custom Code area. This does not exist on any of my sites and may have been added to yours with a plugin. Try adding your code directly to the child theme's functions.php and see if it makes a difference.
