I'm having an issue using anchor links. The page end sup going under the header - how do I fix that?

All three of the links aren't working on my end. It jumps to the link but too far.

For example, if you click on General & Legacy Donations, it should jump to the General & Legacy Donations heading but it's going too far - it's hidden under the header area so I can't see the heading. Instead this paragraph is at teh top: "Gifts to RSS by Will"
