    Hi all, I'm using a customized Foodie Pro theme with WooCommerce for a shop website and we are having payment gateway issues. The transactions in test mode have been successful, but in live mode, we are getting this error:
    Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.

    One of the suggested problems on the Stripe docs is: Loading headers/footers in a non-standard way. WooCommerce uses get_header()’s get_header action to init the checkout and load scripts. If you are not using get_header() you either need to do so, or you need to trigger the get_header action manually using: do_action( ‘get_header ); in your custom header loader.

    I thought might be a possibility with a Genesis theme. Do you have any thoughts about what I might try to fix this?

    The Genesis framework has absolutely nothing to do with how WooCommerce processes payments.

    The reason I posted here is because I know that the header is called in a different way than in other WordPress themes and I thought someone else might have had the same issue. I'm not an idiot.

    Nobody said you are an idiot. Sorry if you were offended. Truth is, if it works in test mode, nothing about loading scripts changes when you switch to production. Test and production modes are simply switches that tell the gateway which system on their side to use. Most often there are different access keys for gateway test and production modes. Switching modes then requires a little more setup than just flipping a switch. Hope you can figure it out.
