MemberIt looks like you got the sidebar figured out and it is stopping where you want it. Is that correct?
SaraGraybill
MemberAre you using a child theme? If so which one? Can you give us a link to your site?

MemberIn your style.css file add the following:
#text-2 {
float: left;
width: 50%;
}That should line up the tag line and the search.

MemberSorry I didn't explain that well.
No, the widget doesn't show up but the space for it is still there. See: http://graybillcreative.com/ultimatepaleo/
My client wants a second level on his footer widgets. But there are times he wants it to be two columns and times he wants it to be three columns. So, I'm wanting it to not have all the space under the two column footer widget area when I don't have content in the second three column footer widget area. Does that make sense? I know it's confusing.

MemberThe problem is I need it to pop up and show a slideshow of multiple images not just the single image they clicked on. So, my plan was just to edit the plugin to make the page open in a lightbox.

MemberThank you!
Yes, I would like the sidebar to be the same height as the content area.

MemberThanks Pat for your reply. I'm wanting the bottom border and shadow to be span the full width of the browser. The actual nav content is fine. I found a post detailing how to do this and I thought I followed all the steps but I can't seem to get it to work.

MemberThanks, I'll look into that.
I just started on trying to make it responsive so I'm sure there is a lot still to do. Also, this is my first time making a site responsive and I'm learning as I go.

MemberNevermind, I figured it out. I added custom header support and it made my logo disappear. 🙂
SaraGraybill
MemberThat didn't work. 🙁 I've tried deactivating plugins, I'm just not sure what else to do. I think it is tied to not being able to select image logo under Genesis Settings but I don't know why that's not showing either.
