I found it was updated and you can use it through Appearance>Customize. Now how to reduce the padding around the headers? Especially my phone which I guess is the smallest, http://sandbox1.mupplebee.com/
I have tried installing the Responsive Header plugin customizer (from here) and it doesn't show up. Am I missing something? I can't get this header responsive.
Seems like if there isn't enough content on the page, the sidebar goes ahead and takes up that space. Why would it do that?

Okay, I put it back in and haven't touched it in the visual editor and still no italics. That was my original problem. I can't get the italics to stick to it.
I got the italics to stick to the Testimonials widget block quote on the home page in the sidebar here: http://sandbox1.mupplebee.com/
I'm stumped.
I want the Blockquote to be italic, always.
After I did what you said, and then applied "italic" in the visual editor nothing changed.
Thanks for your response! I did add that italic to see if it would make it work. I changed it back to normal as you suggested, but it's not italic when I add the . Any other ideas?
Thanks for the response! I actually just figured it out. We weren't using the domain's email to respond to. Instead we were using another domain name and that is why it wouldn't send.
As I dig deeper the pagination works when I set the frontpage to show the recent posts, however not when I set it to a static page with posts and further I have Genesis>Theme Settings>Content Archives>Display Post Content+Featured Image + Numeric Post Navigation.
