I recently moved to Prose as I wanted my theme to be responsive. The theme is no responsive but the header size does not change and on a mobile you only see part of the header. Is there a way to fix this?

Try the Genesis Responsive Header. It will allow you to upload different header sizes specific to the various device sizes.

I have tried installing the Responsive Header plugin customizer (from here) and it doesn't show up. Am I missing something? I can't get this header responsive.

I found it was updated and you can use it through Appearance>Customize. Now how to reduce the padding around the headers? Especially my phone which I guess is the smallest, http://sandbox1.mupplebee.com/
