MemberHI Brad!
I deactivated that plugin she installed. Removed the header image, hit save, uploaded the header image again, hit save. No dice. Another idea? Thx 🙂

MemberLove love love your site. I want it. I'm kidding. No, I'm not. I heart it mucho.

MemberThanks so much Ozzy, that worked!!

MemberCurious... this would change the submit for all the submit buttons sitewide, correct? So If I want to isolate only the button on the home page, what would I call out? #input#mc-embedded-suscribe.button?

MemberJeremy! You're my hero! I only wish I have saved what I had there before to know what made the difference.
You are my new best CSS guru! 🙂
Thanks so much!!

MemberJeremy! You rock. Been gone a couple days and I forget my brains 😉
Yeah, the last part is trying to slightly round the top of the slider. And now actually the footer widget area. I added the border radius but it doesn't seem to be taking? I added the code to wrap and nada.
Gracias!

MemberMaybe that is where I am confused. I want to have a place where multiple topics are going on, and people can interact with each other. I don't know that I care if it is like Facebook or not. Each user would have their own ID and pass.
Maybe I should be looking at s2Member or Wishlist to get the forum I want.
moxiegirl
MemberSo, Anita, I'm confused. You don't suggest Buddypress for adding a paid forum, but say that if I buy Premise I have to also purchase vBulletin, or I don't.
I have my existing domain, built with Genesis. I want to add a forum to it that I charge people a monthly fee. You suggest Premise because it has the payment portion built in? Do I have that correct? And if I get Premise do I have to create an entirely new website or is it an add-on?

MemberIn case anyone else has this same problem these two webpages had the helpful info to get me on the right track. You need to FTP the WooCommerce CSS and edit it.

MemberThanks Anita. Appreciate your help. I guess its back to the drawing board for me. I would rather just figure out a theme that is responsive in the first place and use it. Thanks for that blog, though. Helpful in describing what "responsive" is all about.
One of these days I won't be two steps behind. 😉

MemberThanks, Brad.
I was feeling scared to touch the PHP ever since that one time. At band camp. Okay, it wasn't band camp. I just touch the PHP once and killed a site. So I am leery.
To get around this I decided to change the slider to use Pages instead of Posts because I don't have to show all the pages on my site.
I appreciate your help!
moxiegirl
MemberHeck yeah! 🙂 Thanks for your help.
moxiegirl
MemberGreat, just sent you an email 🙂

MemberHi @Anitac,
Sorry I wasn't available. I thought I must have done something crazy... So, I created a new sub domain and uploaded Lifestyle, placed the genesis slider widget on the "home" widget and it is the same thing. Â The slider shows up on the blog page.
I have set the pages to Home page and posts top show on blog page. Could there be a bug in the theme?
moxiegirl
MemberBeyond putting the Genesis slider in the "home" widget location which I already had done, I'm not sure how else to set up the home page.
Yes, the blog page has "blog template" selected, too.
It still doesn't seem to be working. Now I have changed other themes, and the same problem exist. I think I must need to do a clean install. Weirdest thing ever.
