Thank you Victor - unfortunately, it doesn't make a difference - still don't see the post-meta info on the CPT single view page.
mmjaegerMemberI'd split the CSS file into two - and keep just the header above in the file - don't compress that one
mmjaegerMemberfirst thing I would do is cleaning up your html code - your using an unordered list - the correct html code would be
<ul><li>Picture</li><li>Picture</li><li>Picture</li></ul>
;you have something like this:
<ul><div><li>Picture</li></div><div><li>Picture</li></div><div><li>Picture</li></div></ul>
;mmjaegerMemberYou may want to look into flex box.
if you add the following to the figure tag, it should work:
figure { display: flex; align-items: center; }

thanksmmjaegerMemberI've not added anything - it's a plain WP installation, Genesis Sample and the sample XML data - I don't see were to add the css class in the appearance -> menu - has two fields: Url, and Navigation label
mmjaegerMemberyou could add this to your css file:
.page-template-page_landing-php .site-inner { max-width: 95%; }
mmjaegerMemberThis reply has been marked as private.mmjaegerMemberThanks Jason, but I'd prefer not to install another plugin and hope there's a Genesis way to do this?
mmjaegerMemberSorry but that doesn't answer the question.
For anybody who wants to have the same template for taxonomy and CPT, Bill Ericsson has a good article about it: CPT and taxonomy archive
mmjaegerMemberthat works for regular page templates but not CPT single- and archive-templates?!
mmjaegerMemberThanks Victor
do you remember what that function is and how to use it? I just like to have a sub-dir /templates and have all custom page templates like archive-testimonials.php and single-testimonials.php in there?
mmjaegerMemberUnfortunately that article doesn't deal with putting the template files into a separate folder unless I missed that part.
Thanks anyway
mmjaegerMemberThanks Victor - however, the more tag doesn't seem to work on pages as per that article - the are suggesting a fix to be added to the loop like
<?php global $more; $more = 0; ?> //The code must be inserted ahead of the call to the content <?php the_content('Continue Reading'); ?>
However, how and where would I put that code when using Genesis?
Thanks

mmjaegerMemberthanks Victor

mmjaegerMemberThis reply has been marked as private.mmjaegerMembercheck you .sticky setting - it has a negative top margin of -10px - try to set it to 0.
