You can move the breadcrumbs by changing where they hook into the page. In that example they're moving it above the nav, but look at this visual hook guide; sounds to me like you may want the genesis_after_post_title hook. HTH

RobinMemberYou're welcome!
Just a heads up: check your @import rule for Lobster Two. There is a space in there that's preventing it from loading so the correct font is not showing unless it's installed on the user's system (it happens not to be on mine).

RobinMemberYou can add a min-height to force the widget areas to flow correctly if you have two line titles. Example:
.page-template-page_portfolio-php .featuredpage .page,
.page-template-page_portfolio-php .featuredpost .post,
.page-template-page_portfolioquilts-php .featuredpage .page,
.page-template-page_portfolioquilts-php .featuredpost .post {
float: left;
margin: 0 10px 30px;
padding: 0 0 20px;
overflow: hidden;
width: 300px;
min-height: 270px;
}
I added the min-height of 270, which seems to be enough. The block of code starts at line 1330 in your CSS. HTH

RobinMemberInstead of .date, use .post-info in your css (line 200). HTH

RobinMemberRobinMemberSince the Genesis Responsive Slider doesn't do video but Soliloquy does, I would check there for the answer. I have really enjoyed Soliloquy but haven't explored trying that as an option. Good luck!

RobinMemberI don't think you can do it with that widget. You might look at using the Genesis Featured Widget Amplified, which can pull custom post types. You'll have to configure it on your own, though--selecting the image/title/etc. I would guess that it would be doable, although possibly not exactly the same. I end up using that plugin on pretty much every site because it is so flexible. HTH

RobinMemberIf the widget areas are empty, the visitors will not be able to see that anything is "missing". So no, they won't see the empty spaces.
I would suggest that on your homepage, the gallery widget area should have thumbnails stretching across the width of the page. Having only two does make it look incomplete.
Also, once I click on a gallery to view it, there is no navigation menu to help me move around the site. It may be intentional that you did that? But once I leave the home page, it seems that the only place I have left to go is back to the home page.

RobinMemberHere's my stab at it. Add/edit your style.css for this:
a.more-link, a.more-link:hover {
display: block;
margin: 20px 0 0;
width: 130px;
text-align: center;
}
This will line it up below the featured image--if you want it under the text, try changing the margin to 20px 0 0 175px instead. Hope that gives you a starting point, at least.

RobinMemberIt may not be the answer you want, but I would remove the body background image altogether and style the navigation. Then you don't have the alignment issues.
The logo on the site is really pretty, by the way.

April 11, 2013 at 4:14 pm in reply to: AgentPress: Footer color changing when I adjust secondary menu drop-down CSS #34859RobinMemberI guess I am not fully clear on what it is you are trying to do.
The block of css you posted initially covers the navigation and the footer widgets. If you want to style them differently, then you would take the last line out and give it its own rule. If you want to change the hover color of your dropdowns, look at the styling block starting at line 2199--you will want to add a background rule to that (
background: #ff0000;
for example, although that's red).Is that closer?

RobinMemberIt's because the stripes which are supposed to be behind your navigation are part of the body background image--since the content of the entire page moves up when the ads are not visible, but the background image is set at a certain height, the navigation ends up moving above where the stripes are. I would look into doing the stripes as part of the nav css so they will move with it and changing the main body background. HTH

RobinMemberRobinMemberLook at line 518 in your style.css:
#header {
min-height: 87px;
overflow: hidden;
}
If you change the min-height to something larger the nav will move down. I tried 120px, might be a good starting point. HTH

April 11, 2013 at 6:51 am in reply to: AgentPress: Footer color changing when I adjust secondary menu drop-down CSS #34717RobinMemberYou will want to remove the last line from the code you posted above (
.agentpress-gray #footer-widgets
). If you just take it out, the footer widgets turn blue. If you want to style them differently, set up a new rule with that line. HTH

RobinMemberDoh!
OK, note to self: be very wary of attempting to help with themes you haven't messed with yourself.
Glad you got it sorted!!

RobinMemberIf you change your padding to
padding: 0 20px;
that will move it back up in line with the others. Actually I messed with those numbers just a bit to see if I could make it look the same distance from the left margin that the search button is from the right and came up with:
.footer-widgets-1 {
float: left;
margin: 0 20px 0 0;
width: 295px;
padding: 0 30px;
}
Just a suggestion. (The margin is currently0 40px 0 0
and bringing that down a bit and the padding up a bit helps me visually, at least.)

RobinMemberIf you go to line 1544 in your style.css and change the following:
#footer-widgets {
background: url(images/gray-texture.jpg);
clear: both;
margin: 0 auto 20px;
padding: 25px 0;
overflow: hidden;
width: 960px;
}I changed the width to match the area above, and then added auto to the margin to center it. This doesn't change the width of the footer widgets or their padding, so I see that you will need to address that (footer widget #1 is pushed all the way to the left, for example). HTH

RobinMemberYes, although you still have one extra closing strong tag--it's missing the opening one right before your PDF link. Alternatively, you could probably just do your h4 and then a strong right away, instead of doing several, and then strong and h4 to close it out? But I think either way will be OK. Just get the last strong in before your PDF and I think you'll be fine.
