Erin UlrichParticipantSridhar Katakam has a great tutorial on how to do this. (His example uses Parallax Pro, but it will work in other themes with minor tweaks to CSS). You have to be a member to access his tutorials, but it's worth every penny!

Erin UlrichParticipantIf you have already enabled the comments under Settings > Discussion, as well as under the Genesis Theme Settings, then you may need to check and see if the comments for each individual page are enabled.
You can do this by going to Pages > All Pages and selecting the Quick Edit option for each page. There is a box you can select to allow comments on a page by page basis.

Erin UlrichParticipantHave you tried deactivating all of your plugins to see if the image reappears? If not, that's where I would start. If the image does reappear, you know it's a plugin conflict, and then you can use trial and error to figure out which one is causing the issue.

Erin UlrichParticipantYou'll need to adjust the .entry-header in style.css. Right now, it looks like this:
.entry-header { border-bottom: 1px solid #ECECEC; margin: -40px -40px 40px; padding: 40px; }

Erin UlrichParticipantYou will need to adjust the padding of the following in style.css:
.genesis-nav-menu a
.genesis-nav-menu > .rightOnce you do that, it will change the height of the navigation.

Erin UlrichParticipantIt can take some time for the favicon to show up, but I do find that if I clear the cache in Chrome I can usually see it.

Erin UlrichParticipantHave you cleared your browser's cache? I can see your favicon, so I'm guessing it's a caching issue.
