I have enabled comments on my posts and pages, but "leave a comment" and the comment box don´t show up in any page. Only on posts.

If you have already enabled the comments under Settings > Discussion, as well as under the Genesis Theme Settings, then you may need to check and see if the comments for each individual page are enabled.

You can do this by going to Pages > All Pages and selecting the Quick Edit option for each page. There is a box you can select to allow comments on a page by page basis.
