Erin UlrichParticipant
I know you posted this a while ago, and it looks like the issue has been resolved ... do you still need help?

Erin UlrichParticipantIt's probably a caching issue. It looks like your site is using WP Super Cache, and the server is also using Varnish. You might want to disable these when you're making changes to the site so that you can see the changes more quickly.

Erin UlrichParticipantI don't see a post archive widget in your sidebar. Am I missing it, or did you remove it?
It could be a plugin compatibility issue. Have you tried disabling plugins to see if this fixes the issue? I would start there.

Erin UlrichParticipantI understand you don't want to add a child theme, however, it's very unwise to make changes directly to the parent theme. The next time there's an update for the Genesis Framework, it will overwrite any changes you have made to the theme. One of the (many) perks of Genesis is that you can make changes in a child theme, yet stay up to date with any updates and improvements that StudioPress rolls out by updating the Framework. It just wasn't created with the goal of making changes to the parent theme.

Erin UlrichParticipantGlad you worked it out! I just saw the closing tag was missing right away.
Erin Ulrich | Genesis Recommended Developer | Design by Insight
Erin UlrichParticipantYou are missing the closing }
It should be:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .header-image .title-area a { background: url(“http://dev2.khtestsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/header1024.png”) no-repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); } }
and so on...

Erin UlrichParticipantI'm not sure which forms you have tried, but it shouldn't be an issue with the theme. Have you tried Gravity Forms?
Also, most forms will, unless otherwise specified, send the emails to whatever email address your WordPress admin user has listed. I mention this because several of our clients have switched email addresses and didn't realize that the form would go to the admin user's email listed in their WordPress profile. I don't know if that could be what you're experiencing or not, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Erin UlrichParticipantYour featured images will still be assigned to their current page or post. You'll just need to add the slider to Parallax Pro, since the slider will not appear by default after the theme switch.

April 30, 2014 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Genesis Featured Widget Amplified to show one category #103128Erin UlrichParticipantYou should be able to select just one category under Taxonomies and Terms in the widget's options.

Erin UlrichParticipantTry this:
.mc_interest label, .mc_interest input { box-shadow: none; }

Erin UlrichParticipantAh, that makes sense. I should have looked before I posted. Maybe this will help?

Erin Ulrich | Genesis Recommended Developer | Design by Insight
Erin UlrichParticipantHey Shelli 🙂
I really like to use Genesis eNews Extended plugin instead of the MailChimp widget. It looks so much nicer and is a lot easier to style! Have you tried it?

Erin UlrichParticipantIt's hard to say since I can't see your site. The code should work. There are additional links at the bottom of that post. Perhaps one of those would prove helpful?

January 6, 2014 at 6:45 am in reply to: How to change the width of Sidebar-Content-Sidebar Layout Settings #83567Erin UlrichParticipantYou want to look for #sidebar-alt in the style.css.
To have the secondary sidebar on the home page, you would need to edit your home page template (home.php). It's certainly possible, but the theme isn't built that way out of the box as far as I know. I haven't worked specifically with the old version of Streamline.

January 4, 2014 at 7:10 pm in reply to: How to change the width of Sidebar-Content-Sidebar Layout Settings #83293Erin UlrichParticipantYou can make this change in the style.css file of your child theme. I looked at your site and didn't see the secondary sidebar on the left, so I'm wondering if you decided not to use it.

Erin UlrichParticipantErin UlrichParticipantLook under Genesis > Slider Settings. I think it's a Genesis slider plugin, right?
Erin Ulrich | Genesis Recommended Developer | Design by Insight
Erin UlrichParticipantYou will need to change the max-width of the .site-inner and the .wrap, it looks like. Right now the maximum is set at 950px. Once you widen this area, you'll want to make the .content area wider. It's currently set at 740px. Your slider width will also need to be adjusted because it's currently set to 870px.
