Worked.January 20, 2014 at 10:41 am in reply to: Genesis – Less White Padding on Top/Bottom Post Teases on Homepage and Widgets #86116eevdo
MemberIf you visit the website: http://bit.ly/18VG5dq
You will see that in between each of the posts on the homepage as well as the sidebar widgets there is a grey space.
I would like to reduce the space as to make the content closer together.Thank you.

Love this Genesis theme so much. Such simple customization when you know what to do!January 2, 2014 at 4:11 pm in reply to: Genesis – Adding a banner ad under nav bar and flush before content #82769eevdo
MemberOk not a problem. So then how would I still add the ad code? Maybe to keep it simple, how can I add it centred under the nav menu?

MemberOn your actual website that explains how to add related posts.
On that note, how can I modify the size of thumbnail and number of related posts to show?
Thanks!

MemberDavinder,
I was able to fix it using another method:
Just added this to style.css trying to get it to work on mobile now as well. Check it out on this test site: http://bit.ly/18VG5dq
.title-area { height: 30px }
.site-header { position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; z-index: 1000 }
body { margin-top: 60px; }
.header-image .site-header .widget-area, .site-header .wrap { padding: 0!important }
.site-title { line-height: 60px }
.site-header { background: #000; color: #fff }
.genesis-nav-menu a:hover, .genesis-nav-menu .current-menu-item > a, .genesis-nav-menu .sub-menu .current-menu-item > a:hover { color: #fff }
.header-image .site-title a { min-height: auto }eevdo
MemberFYI this is also happening with the DiggDigg plugin, so it seems like it has something to potentially do with the theme.
Thanks,
Ericeevdo
Member@nutsandbolts I apologize for that I put another plugin in the meantime. Check it out now, you will notice it is cut.
Thanks

MemberHi guys,
The style.css was already at 300px and it still doesn't seem to work at all. Is there a way for me to reduce the padding on the sidebar?Any other ideas?
