Genesis – How to remove "File Under" section from homepage only

What does the above line refer to?

remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_meta' );

It removes the Post Meta (Categories and Tags) from "genesis_entry_footer" hook location.

Try changing

if (!is_home())

to

if ( ! (is_home() || is_singular('post')) )
