Thank you, Victor, but when I go to the Media tab, it does have a choice of 300 x 300, which is what I want. However, when I add the Author Pro plugin to the widget section, I only have the choices of 150 x 150, 800 x 800 or 360 x 570. Do I need to make a change to the plugin? Or?

So should I taking away the Posts checkmark on Settings>Reading? Otherwise how do I stop the newest posts from appearing below my Featured Post that is sticky?
