I know this is probably a very simple fix but I can't figure it out. I am using the Author Pro plugin with the Magazine Pro theme and I would like to change the text on the button under the picture in the gallery. I'm not selling books on this site so I don't want it to say 'view book'.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Hi Dianne,

I recommend that you use the free plugin Woocommerce for selling products instead of Author Pro, as there is no reasonably easy way to change the text. Also, Woocommerce will probably serve your needs a lot better, as you can create a shop page, create coupons, have a product viewing gallery and more. Plus, you can customize the button text of all products!

Thanks, Erica. If I use Woocommerce if my customer clicks on the gallery picture will it take them to a secondary sales page?

Yep! Woocommerce comes with several built in widgets that you can use to display products on the front page, which will then lead to a sales page when clicked. Give it a shot and see how you like it. I recommend it to all my clients and customize it to their needs if necessary.

Thank you, I'll give it a try. And I'll keep you in mind if I need to customize it.
