I would put the facebook or other more colourful widgets higher in the sidebar and/or make the top nav less bland (textured background or something else).

Hey,

I think the design of the site is good, but I LOVE the photos of the houses 🙂

My main recommendation is to minimise the menu on subpages. I think the photos are awesome and work well with the design, but the menu size obstructs too much of the photo in my opinion.

I think if the menu was smaller or there was more of the photo you would have a more engaging experience.

I quite liked it.

However, the third slide has a photo of a face, 'Kragerud'.

I would make that the first slide. Faces/people rarely look 'tired' 🙂
