I have decided to use Metro Pro on both my sites as I love the clean look of this theme. I added a tiled wood background and left everything else as is. It's interesting how different a site can look just by changing the background. I've even added my first Genesis review!

I have my bio at the base of each post. Didn't want to seem too vain! Perhaps it does look a little too corporate! Appreciate the feedback. 😉 I was thinking of adding some cartoon vector characters?

Unless your big-brand I think people want to know who they are dealing with.
There's nothing like a face as a USP...nothing's more unique than yourself!
Think it would look better without the wood background and without the slider.
Interesting but a very contradictive post by Yoast. One minute he's writing against the use of all sliders amd then he's justifying why he uses it in his themes!! I only use it on the home page and concentrate the SEO on each single posts. I prefer the wood background but as always appreciate the time you took to comment and provide feedback.
