Hello
I just finished a page for a business lawyer here in Oslo. For it used to the Agency (not Agency Pro). It's pretty modified with an extra widget in the center that doesn't come with it as default.
The slideshow is the genesis responsive slider. I'm not too fond of these sliders on responsive pages as they can be quite difficult to work it. Spesially since you have to use the <h4> on the headers instead of a specially defined one.
It support multiple langues. I used the Polylang for this and it worked out great.
NOTE! The client as been slow delivering the content on the page so the English content isn't complete yet. I'm waiting for him to deliver the translations.

I think a theme like Centric or Parrallax Pro would look much more modern and appealing.

Not sure what you mean by tired. Could you go further into that? Does the page look old fashioned?
I'm not that much of a fan of the rolling gallery/slideshow myself but it was something the client insisted on.

Yes, its like an old style site.
The new Pro themes look modern so i would give the client real feedback on that.
Nothing to do with the customization but more to do with the old fashioned style of the site.
While I agree that the site has an older looking style on it I won't re-build it for the client. But I won't use the Agency Theme again either. It's pretty "meh" to work with in lack of other words.

I quite liked it.
However, the third slide has a photo of a face, 'Kragerud'.
I would make that the first slide. Faces/people rarely look 'tired' 🙂
