@thenerdynurse I get a 98 on Performance for your website and the CLS is zero. This is with Chrome Incognito running the test at the recommended network throttle and mobile size 340 x 640 viewport.
@jtwillia2 from my first test on your site, your Google Ads are the biggest issue you have. The loading of those is taking forever and it's shifting once they do load. Are you using Google Auto Ads?

@sanderson the plugin will work without the license key. The key is only to receive updates. Both plugins should work right after they have been installed and activated. However you should be using Genesis Blocks Pro and Genesis Custom Blocks Pro, not the free versions.

I can't say anything about those types of files. That's more a WordPress related question and not theme related, as it the entire subject matter really. You just have to make sure that the mapping of the URLs inside the pages/posts still lead over to the destination of their respective images.

The file list should be on the right hand side of the screen when you go to Appearance > Theme Editor, then select the functions.php file. If you do not see that file there it could be that a plugin is preventing you from accessing the file. Check for a plugin conflict buy deactivating plugins.
Otherwise, you'll need to access the file through the file manager on your hosting account.

The featured image of what in that one category? Are you trying to assign a Featured Image to a category? Or are you trying to take the featured image of the most current blog post and place that as the featured image?

No, merely changing
new.xyz.comtoxyz.comwill not change that.If you have content in the site that's
new.xyz.comand you uploaded the images toxyz.com- then in the body of the contentnew.xyz.comcould need to be changed manually, or you would do a Search/Replace via a plugin that says, "look fornew.xyz.comand replace that withxyz.com. But those images need to be in the correct file folders onxyz.comfor the images to display.

@philip-gledhill until they get the activation key resolved, you would need to manually download and update any site you've placed the Pro plugin on. They are working on a resolution to this right now, but wanted to make sure people had copies of the plugins.

It depends on how it was set up. If they are two separate websites moving them from one server to the other doesn't change the domain name. They will still be two separate websites.

To add to what Victor noted, that's a premium product and works independent of the Genesis Framework so the support for Genesis would not have been included. But you can attempt to add the supports on your own - https://studiopress.github.io/genesis/developer-features/post-type-support/.
