Hi John, I have some time to look at this for you. I am pretty good at trouble shooting. Send me an email on my website and I will send you some instructions on how I can view your screen from here.

AnitaKeymasterHi David, you need to add the image sizes to the Media Queries of your theme. You still need to create differently sized logo images and then place them under the respective media querie sizes. If you still need help, send me another email.

AnitaKeymasterThe website I posted has now undergone a makeover and the link/url is not working. I was able to find a cached version and sent an email to another forum member to see if he might want to take a stab at this. If so, we'll post back.

AnitaKeymaster@omar222, try disabling the CDN. I see a reference to CDN and Cloudflare in your code. If you have any type of Caching Plugin disable it and see what happens.

AnitaKeymasterOh and to answer you question about a post count, you basically were questioning my ability to moderate this forum. Well, I highly doubt that responding to that many posts would rendered some useless response as you so kindly tried to say. Just because it's not the answer you were looking for, doesn't make it stupid.

AnitaKeymasterI pointed that out in the first reply because that's where SP has always said to point the person. Your Pro Plus doesn't include 3rd party Community Themes as developed by Web Savvy - only Web Savvy can provide you with support for a theme they created. I don't have that theme, didn't know if they embedded the the plugin some way shape or form. The original Agentpress 1.0 did not work by way of a plugin - it was made into the theme.
You did not note that you were using the plugin and that you could not find the file mentioned on the old forum which made me respond that Web Savvy added the functionality to the theme.
The answer is right inside the plugin itself but they don't advocate modifying plugins because each time there is an update, the changes will be overwritten. Therefore you need a "hack" and since the plugin support is very active - you would get a faster response on the plugin support board.

AnitaKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.AnitaKeymasterThe plugin dictates where the buttons are shown. Take a look and see if there are any setting to remove them or not show them on the home page. Also check to see if you have share buttons on Pages. If so, turn them off for pages but leave them for posts. But it's a plugin issue, not a theme issue.

July 5, 2013 at 6:41 pm in reply to: Featured Amplified Plugin Doesn't show premise landing pages #49447AnitaKeymasterBot of these are pluging - Premise has it's own support and the GFWA has it's own support here - http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/genesis-featured-widget-amplified. You should post this question on one of their support pages.

AnitaKeymasterWhat do you mean by "sort them"?

AnitaKeymasterNote: Backup your Functions.php file before doing this.
Go to Functions.php and look for this - delete it:
add_action( 'genesis_post_content', 'goinggreen_post_image_single', 5 ); /** * Add featured image to single posts */ function goinggreen_post_image_single() { if ( ! is_singular( 'post' ) ) return; $img = genesis_get_image( array( 'format' => 'html', 'size' => genesis_get_option( 'image_size' ), 'attr' => array( 'class' => 'post-image' ) ) ); printf( '<a href=""%s"" title=""%s"">%s</a>', get_permalink(), the_title_attribute( 'echo=0' ), $img ); }
That's what controls the automatic placement of the images across the top.

AnitaKeymasterYour theme was built by Web-Savvy Marketing and they have their own support - http://www.web-savvy-marketing.com/forum/. Because they have customized this theme and use specific plugins - you should contact them.

July 5, 2013 at 5:23 pm in reply to: Metro theme appearance (sides to thin and body to thick) #49438AnitaKeymasterNow, someone else could have an easier way than how I do it - but you could do this:
Add that width below to your Wrap.
#wrap { clear: both; padding: 2.25rem; width: 960px; }
Then change the 1080px in the Footer Widgets to 960px;
.footer-widgets, #wrap { background-color: #FFFFFF; margin: 2rem auto; max-width: 1080px; overflow: hidden; }
I tested it out on the Metro Demo and it looks fine.

AnitaKeymasterIf you ever call tech support at a hosting company - 9 times out of 10.... they think if you are calling them - you are as dumb as a box of rocks and they will tell you anything! I've been doing this a long time. I act dumb a lot when I call so I can catch them up in their lies! It gets to be real funny sometimes.

AnitaKeymasterThe backdoor they used was going into your MySql database and using MD5 to change the password. It's not some big secret. I do it all the time. If you ever open your MySql file up in your browser - make sure you log out also. But that's how the host is getting in.

AnitaKeymasterDownload the plugin to your desktop, unzip it. Look in the image folder. Replace those images with your images and make sure they are the correct sizes, etc. Then use FTP and copy them over to the plugin folder on your hosting account. That's the easiest way to do it.

AnitaKeymasterCan you provide a link to the website so I can take a look?

AnitaKeymasterI just looked at both sites and see the buttons at the very top right in Firefox.
